Parents got stranded on Bangkok Airport due to a cancelled flight, trying to rebook them was not possible as CheapTickets cancelled the tickets and applied for refund, meaning the flight operator could not help us anymore. CheapTickets never didn’t do anything to help, other than quickly apply for refund without our permission. Buying new tickets is impossible due to the high prices they now want.

You cannot speak to them, and if you’re able to get a hold of them they won’t help. Next time pay more via a different company.

Update after reply:
We never asked to refund, and CheapTickets did that without our consent. Because of that, the operator was not able to rebook the flights anymore. They told us very clearly CheapTickets caused more problems by doing that.
