Recommend headphones to drown out staff
Nice clean gym, wide variety of machines and weights. A few cable machines and racks, so not a lot of waiting around. I joined this gym as it is open 24 hours which suits my work schedule.
I have not attended classes or used a PT. This is due to overhearing one female PT discussing a gym user with her female client. "I would be embarrassed to leave the house dressed like that" were the words she used about a young woman in gym shorts and a sports vest.
Normally, as a woman, I would have used female lead classes and paid for private PT, as I do in every gym. No chance of that happening in this place.
Two male PT were laughing at someone using a machine incorrectly. When I asked why they didn't help him they said "It's natural selection".
Adequate gym if you know what you're doing and can ignore judgement.
