I have ordert several times from Bellaffair. The ordering process was always really easy, the package arrived in 1-2 days. (As an Austrian I'm privileged to have Bellaffair's Headquarter nearby.) Always found every single product i was looking for at their website, always super fast, never damaged products and always the best price!

However ich had an Issue with my last order and wrote a massage to the Costumer Service, since my order was delayed by 10 days. And Silvia ( Customer Manager) was super friendly, told me my package is on the way. I received a voucher and a gift form Bellaffair.
