One of the most infuriating experience I have ever had for your own sanity stay far away.
I bought a battery and kept asking where is my battery and never really got a real answer, they just canceled the order even though other suppliers could easily get the battery a few days after the cancellation.
And then it took them so incredibly long to send my money back. And the general tone is very arrogant, there is no and I mean no customer service.
And the only reason for two stars and not one is that at least I got my money back. Oh yeah, and this whole process took a month and 1 day.

This battery are not for sale anymore until our supplier arrange better delivery opportunities. Unfortunately your order got stuck in all of this.
Again, we are truly sorry for this. If we somehow have behaved in bad manners against you we will of course look it up. That is not how we treat people, we only want to help.
