Easy booking - but it hurts a lot!
Easy booking on web site and friendly service, but me and my wife are still in pain an hour after taking the rapid test.
I took many covid tests administrated from professionals, but it never hurt that bad.
For the rapid test, you are suposed to just swipe inside the nostril, and not shove it all the way up. I had a test done where the shove it up, but that was a thinner swab.
Please review your training instructions.

In Switzerland test centers are only allowed to issue the covid certificate when performing nasopharyngeal antigen testing. Hence swabbing only in the nostril is not permitted as the virus concentration tends to be lower. Nasopharyngeal swabs are taken back at your pharynx. The swabs we use are the thin and elastic ones, especially made for nasopharyngeal swabbing. Our professionals are well trained and regularly audited.
