Called the Zzoomm loyalty team today and spoke to Rachael with a view to staying with Zzoomm as we have had a good service from them since we switched and so wanted to remain but at a competitive price. Rachael was lovely to talk too, clear, knowledgable, friendly, understanding and it was one of the nicest calls to a customer call centre that I've had.

As a whole it’s not to bad speed is okay but if you loose connection don’t expect it to be resolved immediately more like a few days up to a week or more & no reimbursement for the loss of internet however drexler from customer support helped me this evening & got me back up & running after 48hours without connection

The most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. I had to cancel my day at work and wait the whole morning for the engineer to arrive. At lunchtime, I called and was told they would come between 1pm and 5pm, meaning I had already lost half a day’s pay waiting around.
After that, I even cancelled the rest of my shift and rushed home early because they confirmed they were still coming. Only then was I told they could no longer make it that day and wanted me to reschedule for the 11th — nearly two weeks later.
Instead of trying to make up for the inconvenience by offering the next day or something sooner, they simply pushed me far down the line again. Very poor service delivery, poor communication, and no consideration for customers’ time or lost earnings.

I’m finding since I’ve changed from EE my internet is not as good. Sometimes I’ve got to turn my WiFi off to get a connection, and the 5g on my mobile seems quicker. At the moment I’m only happy it’s cheaper price but not the quality compared with EE.

Experiencing intermittent connection problems. Customer service person called Ruben was polite and experienced. He checked the line and found The problem with my modem and sorted It. We are hoping this solves the problem and if not to reply to the email and he will endeavour to sort it. It’s nice to know someone is there to help. Thank you Ruben 😊
