Zypto is a great app and has many features. The all-in-one solution for my assets and exactly the type of wallet that I was looking for. Although I didn't have an issue I had a question about the payment card and I was professionally informed by Alok about the features and my specific question. Superb customer support, and 5***** satisfaction from my side.

The card doesn’t work at all ! and the that’s not the worst part. Your money is going to be stuck there, as u can’t withdraw from the card balance, u can only withdraw from crypto wallet, so be careful toping the card.

Update (10-31-2025):
Zypto ultimately refunded my frozen card balance directly after several months of uncertainty. To their credit, they have since followed up directly, kept me informed, and ultimately refunded my full balance after reaching an agreement with their banking partners. I appreciate that they took responsibility and resolved the issue in good faith.

That said, the lack of transparency and the lengthy delay made the experience stressful and confusing for many users. I hope Zypto continues improving communication and oversight of its payment partners going forward.

Original Review (10-27-2025):
I had been using Zypto’s (formerly FCF Pay’s) prepaid Visa card for over a year. It worked well until on or around August 2025, when the “Classic” physical cards suddenly stopped working, all transactions began declining and card balances showed "0" on the dashboard despite actually having funds on them.

When I contacted support, I was told the issue was just a “bank API problem” and that everything would be resolved soon and not to worry as funds were safe. Months later after no updates or additional information, I’ve learned that the program was actually terminated by the issuing bank back in mid-August. Something users were never informed of and continually strung along by Zypto Support representatives all while they continued to push users towards signing up for their new "premium" card offering. They referred me to the issuing bank via a generic e-mail address who then turned around and pointed the finger at yet another party.

Zypto’s communication has been unacceptable. They made no public announcement, continued reassuring users privately that it was only a temporary issue, and censored discussion of the problem in their Telegram group by pushing people into private chats “to avoid scammers.” In my view, this looks more like an attempt to contain awareness than to protect users.

Even if Zypto was not directly responsible for the banking partner’s actions, their lack of honesty, transparency, and timely updates has left customers without access to their funds for months and they should not be trusted as custodians or facilitators of your personal details or funds. That’s not how a trustworthy financial service operates.

I hope this review helps others understand the situation and encourages Zypto to take accountability and communicate openly with their users.

Alok was super helpful getting my issue resolved. The issue I had wasn’t even Zypto’s fault. It was my fault I missed an email and then the link expired. That aside, they got it fixed very quickly and I appreciate that a lot.

I have been looking to get a card, and Zypto has been the best option I’ve found yet. The process was super easy to understand their support team (I believe Andrija in particular) was extremly helpful at every step of the way. Couldn’t recommend them more, especially since it’s very difficult to find a good support team in anything crypto related.

It's been a while since I've been using the app. Zypto is great, and customer service is great.

One of the very few platforms that offers the possibility of obtaining a physical crypto card from my home country, Cameroon.

I really appreciated the support provided: very quick to respond, very informative, with perfectly understandable and efficient answers. Plus, they even gave me a few cents to complete the ordering process for my physical card.

I think that when my card arrives, I'll transfer a good portion of my crypto from Binance to Zypto to use on a crypto card.

Alright experience. The fees are somewhat ok. The app itself is buggy from time to time (your crypto or card balances don’t show, transactions don’t show up).

Zypto’s live agents are AMAZING!! They always found a way to help me, provide useful information, answer any question regarding crypto, wallet or cards I’ve had.

I want to separately mention and thank Alok, very professional support agent.
Very quick reply times from Alok especially, always a helpful solution from Alok. He was the agent that helped me the most! He speaks very professionally and explains everything clearly! Honestly provided me more help than any agent anywhere I’ve had a talk with.

NEGATIVE SIDES I FOUND:

1. New users! Warning! When receiving funds on stablecoin, make sure to check your receive address and never copy it from the coin page itself, because apparently that’s a different address that no one knows where and who belongs to and I lost my crypto twice because of that, but whatever, maybe I did something wrong.

2. Also there is a hidden catch when topping up cards: first you get shown one price including fees before you choose the crypto which you want to use to top up, then whether you choose any crypto the price will suddenly jump higher (not included gas fees, as you choose them afterwards). The price will jump depending whether you’re using a stablecoin or not, apparently when NOT using stablecoins the fees for the top up are significantly HIGHER (almost 2x).

3. The VIP program doesn’t work at all.. They have their own crypto ZYP, which you can get for purchasing virtual cards, swapping crypto or referring people. Then you can use ZYP to pay fees, sell it. They also have a level up VIP that doesn’t progress either (it gives you different perks like cashback and reduced fees)

4. Payments get stuck sometimes and I have to ask live support to ask the bank to process them manually, but that’s not on Zypto’s side.

Maybe I don’t understand something about this app, everyone makes mistakes.
However I was able to spend my crypto like real money thanks to Zypto, as an example is some countries like Israel there are not many alternatives, if there are any at all. So I’m somewhat using Zypto just because of the lack of a better alternative.

Recently their app glitched and their response of fixing it was stealing user funds and taking zero accountability whilst labeling app users as exploiters. Scammers.
