I ordered a cordless mitre saw. After looking a loads on line I thought I had ordered a slide machine.i tried to return it but had great difficulty. Never the less zoro offered to pick it up and return it for me. Which they could not be any fairer

Lousy when you need to return someting.
Good company when you're buying, lousy when you need to return something. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for collection and replacement of an Ultrasonic cleaner. And this morning I have been told the warehouse needs more time to investigate. This item plays a crucial role in my business. I have finally reached the end of my patience. Not good enough Zoro!

I placed an order with this company
UPDATE: I received a phone call from Zoro, during which the representative expressed sincere apologies for the inconvenience I experienced. I proposed some improvements, which the representative acknowledged and assured me would be implemented. I hope they follow through.
After considering the phone call, their email, and their response to my review on Trustpilot, I've decided to revise my original rating from 1 star to 3 stars. It could have been 4 stars rating if they had offered a goodwill gesture, like a discount voucher for a future order, but that didn’t happen. But never mind.

I placed an order with this company, expecting delivery the next day or within two days, but the item never arrived. I contacted Zoro to inquire about the whereabouts of the order, and was informed that they had sent a message to the warehouse for an update, and would be in touch with me soon. After several days without any communication from them, I followed up again, only to receive the same response regarding the warehouse inquiry.
Ultimately, I chose to cancel the order.
I would recommend avoiding this company if possible.

Thank you for your time on the phone earlier. I appreciate you taking the time to discuss the issues you've experienced with us.
I would, again, like to apologise that you weren't kept up-to-date with a courtesy call regarding the delay with your order and that you had to contact us again after four days to see if we did have any updates.
As I said in our call, I will be looking into this internally, as this is definietely not the level of service that we expect for our customers; and it's not a very good first impression of our company.
I will also be looking into the efficiency of lead times being updated on our website so that they are accurate.

The first time I have used Zoro and I was very impressed. I placed my order at 5pm and received it before 11am the next morning. Because the order was urgent I phoned customer services prior to delivery (they close at 4:30pm so I had to wait till the morning to do this). The phone was answered promptly by a very helpful lady and the order arrived shortly thereafter.

Poor service, waste of time.
Selling products they don't actually have(?) with false lead times. Order was placed yesterday, today I have a cancellation message but product is still on their website. Not impressed at all! Avoid this service!

Poor service
Order placed on 23/01/2025 for safety overshoes and wrong size received. I ordered large and I received medium. These were required for an important site visit and this was communicated to Zoro however, I am still waiting for the return to be organised. They also take days to reply to your email. 06/01/2025 I have now received a return confirmation however, I am expected to return the large heavy box to Zoro at our company expense even though it was their error. It is safe to say that I will not be recommending Zoro to anyone and I will not be ordering from them again!

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I sincerely apologise for the incorrect size overshoes you received and for the delay in resolving this matter. This process should have been much quicker, and I regret any inconvenience this has caused.
I can confirm that we are now arranging a collection for the goods. Given the size and weight of the parcel, I understand that taking it to the local post office would not be convenient. You will not need to use the pre-paid label previously issued, as the courier will bring all necessary labels and paperwork.
Our returns team will be in touch with you shortly to provide further details regarding the collection.
