Worst company I've dealt with
We ordered a swing seat for our mother's 70th birthday. The seat arrived broken, we twice emailed customer service and received no reply. We called and they promised a replacement part would be sent in 10 days, it never arrived. Since then and numerous emails we have got nowhere. This company shouldn't be allowed to trade. They have provided a faulty item and no customer support. They don't respond to emails or phone and we are left with a broken piece of furniture which we have paid full price for.

Shocking Service.....worst EVER!!
Order something on 18th December and paid express delivery for something that they stated was in stock, for it never to arrive. Many phone calls later, and many unanswered emails later, I got a full refund on the 9th January. They could not have been less interested!!

Awful company with no customer service
Ordered an item from zoozio on 17th September and after 5 emails and numerous phone calls (which just rang and rang and rang) my order was cancelled with no correspondence and so far no refund. It is not 10th October. I have received no communication from them at all since I placed the order on 17th September when they took my money. Not a happy customer at all, certainly would not recommend or use again.
