Bought child's learning computer (tablet). I know it was cheap but the postage must have cost more than the item. Added batteries (missing screw to lock panel - a safety issue with toddlers who could... See more

Be aware, Bradford scammer!!!

A scammer, shipped lighter fluid instead of the ordered compressed air cannisters . Seller then require the buyer to pay for shipping of return, just that it's illegal to post hazardeus substance like Butane gas with any courir. Hammad Rehman is running several dodgy companies from his home address on 50 Thurnscoe Road, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD1 3BZ.

I’ve been scammed by this seller

I’ve been scammed by this seller. I ordered an air cooler and it arrived and on first usage it leaked over our carpets. I requested a return multiple times and to either arrange a pre-paid collection or provide a box big enough to return it as I has searched extensively online to find a box big enough, and after a month or searching I was forced to return it via packaging I had to put together myself. However upon receiving the parcel, they stated they would not provide a refund, so I’ve lost £100 and not got the product. SCAM

SUPRISE … SUPRISE !! A Wishy Washy Experience!

OK … so I ordered a 3-1 wire brush to clean timber decking and patio - sold by Zoozio through Amazon. Delivery was IMPRESSIVE through Amazon via Royal, literally next day (I’m not a prime member) … how EXCITING!!

I eagerly opened a very small package hanging in my letterbox with trepidation and DISCOVERED a very NICE chrome plated shower squeegee … INTERESTING !!

There’s a price DISPARITY of a few English pounds to my detriment … but hey … after this weekend I will have the shiniest shower cubicle in the whole of North Yorkshire bar none!

As the saying goes … ‘CLEANLINESS IS NEXT TO GODLINESS’ … and I’m not religious.

Will I use this company again? Maybe !!
If only to order something useful and wait to receive a random suprise … a new Secret Santa experience !!

Makes for a welcome change from receiving socks!

Wait a minute … do Zoozio sell socks ?!!

Awful waste of time

Purchased with them via Amazon, month outside my 'returns period' so Amazon can't help and there doesn't seem to be a way to contact them directly.... Making me question Amazon too....

Umbrella base

Had a garden umbrella stand from this company via Amazon. The first delivery was aborted. It arrived at the second attempt but was broken into pieces.
I am awaiting a refund.

Bad Practise

Bad Practise - Cancelled an Amazon order overnight and they acknowledged the email next morning. Then had the cheek to say I cant cancel the order because they have processed it! What fwit cant take it of the packing line and cancel it? Its just a way of trying to make you have it. They say dont accept it but they are using the Hermes half-wit company that throw it and run away. Not good

No problem with the simple item ordered

Bought a Soil Spike for a Rotary Clothes Line from Amazon, from Zoozio, and was then worried after reading all the negative reviews.
I remained optimistic in that such a simple item could not be messed up, and sure enough, item was as ordered, and delivered in quick time, a day quicker than quoted.
The only negative comment was that the delivery company used, Hermes-who I have a very low opinion of anyway- did not bother to knock my door, instead forced it through my letterbox at such a tight fit, risking damage to an expensive composite front door.

I bought a plunger via Amazon

I bought a plunger via Amazon. It was broken when it arrived. I contacted amazon who instructed me to return it by post and the purchase price and postage would be refunded. I spent £3 posting it back. The package was returned a few days later with a note saying 'addresse gone away'. Obviously a shower of thieves, don't go near them at any price.

Bought a rotary dryer via Wowcher? I didn't get the one advertised.

Bought a rotary dryer via Wowcher and the one l have received is nothing like the one advertised on the Wowcher website. The one l have received has a different folding action and doesn't come with the plastic socket l expected so l could use my existing ground socket. No explanation enclosed as to why l had a replacement. Total waste of money, and as Zoozio expect the buyer to pay for returns I'll just cut my losses and not buy from Zoozio or Wowcher again.

Bought a Halogen oven off them in…

Bought a Halogen oven off them in October (4 months) though Amazon.. it sounds like the bearings have gone in it so I contacted them through Amazon.. they initially refused to honour the warranty as its outside a 30 day window and then blocked me sending any more emails. Anyone with knowledge of the consumer rights act will inform you that they are legally obliged to repair or replace any item that goes faulty within 6 months.

After contacting Amazon who reminded them of their legal obligation they contacted me and offered to have a look at it for me.. but only if I posted the item (at my cost) back to them. Again anyone familiar with consumer law will let you know that its the sellers responsibility to cover postage, and then take it up with the manufacturer.

I emailed back.. can you send me returns slip..... since then I have heard nothing

So theres all the information I have on this company.. you buy something, if it goes wrong you are on your own and Consumer Law means nothing
