They charge you for things they shouldn’t, issue an incorrect invoice without the necessary details, and despite repeatedly trying to contact them through their website and by email, I received no response. I strongly do not recommend them. Its a scam.

The test I ordered was done well and quickly. But after that confusion started about who had to pay the test. Our vet thought it the bill would be sent to me. Weeks later I received a notice to pay the bill urgently. Strange because I never received a bill via email or post... There was also a significant difference between the price on the website and the bill. I payed immediatly and asked more info. They wrote that they had sent me multiple emails with the bill (which I never received) and said there was a pricedifference because they had to do an antibiogram. Then a few days later they wrote me that it was a mistake to send me a bill. I should have paid via my vet. But no problem they wrote, I would get my money back from what I paid them. I contacted my vet and paid again. Now we are more then 1 month later and multiple messages from me later with the proof that I paid, but still no payback caused by the mistake from Zoolyx... Trying to phone them as a customer to solve this is not possible as a phonemessage tells to write, but when you write they dont reply often...
