I’ve bought many perfumes from Zoologist and have never experienced any issues. The perfumes were shipped out quickly and arrived in perfect condition. The perfumes are long-lasting and have unique scent notes.
The Canadian company has a lot of nice niche perfumes. It is a small company so the quality is great. I decided to purchase a deluxe bottle after viewing multiple YouTube videos.The price tags are between $210CAD to - $250CAD for 60ml. They are considered luxury perfumes. However, the shipping cost is not free although I am also in Canada. I had to pay $21.84 for 1 business day shipping via UPS. The item was sent within an hour of order placed. Hooray for fast shipping! For some reason, I got the message that the sender ship late so the package will be a day delayed. It was supposed to be delivered on May 20, 2020. This was not the case because the package is still in Ontario today. I contacted the company and the response I got was, in quotes:
Dear [my name],
Thank you for your inquiry. Your order was prepared the same day you placed it, and we managed to ship it the same day. Typically it takes us a day or two prepare and ship. Last I checked, it is on its way to you.

My point is the company should offer free shipping or at least, in this case, refund my shipping fee and deal with UPS. Fedex shipping rates are way much cheaper in Canada.
I probably will not likely purchase from this company again unless it's free shipping. Or... I will pay the least amount shipping fee so I don't have to be upset with the shipping speed.
