SCAM AVOID!!!

I would strongly advise avoiding this company.

I ordered a specific product (blue ice globes) and received a completely different colour. When I contacted the company, instead of resolving the issue, they claimed I had ordered a different version and provided a receipt with an incorrect date that does not match my original order confirmation.

Despite providing clear proof of what I ordered, they have refused to take responsibility or offer a replacement or refund.

This has been a very frustrating experience, especially as the items were purchased for my workplace and are now unusable due to being the wrong colour.

Poor customer service and lack of accountability. I would not recommend & they took over a month to arrive!

I should have come here and read the reviews…

I should have read the reviews to save myself money and frustration. The company uses some highly dubious delivery company (Speedx) which, upon review, also has horrible customer stories. My shipment has been “en route” for a month now, inside the US. Clearly it has been lost but Fraicheur basically advised that’s not their problem. No refund, even though it is their choice to use the cheapest delivery service - not the customer’s.

I purchased what I needed from another company and it was promptly delivered by a reputable service.

Terrible experience, be careful ordering from them

Similar experience with other reviews on here. They added extra face masks to my order and charged me without my consent m neither could i review the order before they charged me. The face masks cost even more than the items i actually ordered, the ice globes. When i contact customer support they kept offering other options, instead of refunding/modifying the order. After having to repeat myself 2 times that i only want to cancel the face masks, they say it is no longer possible since the package is shipped. Now they only offer the option of returning the masks, but i have to pay for the (expensive) international shipping fee myself.

Update: I got my refund eventually, but it took 3 months

Scam company supplying chinese products with European margins

This company is complete scam until last week my order was supposedly to be delivered between 18-26th and i could track it until it reached Dubai. Today when i did the tracking there is a website issue and no information is available about my order. Please do not buy from this company and get scammed. I am going to write to my credit card provider to seek reimbursement of my money which was taken away by them.

I got scammed, and they took my money without my consent


Update

Once I commented here, they reached out to me and reimbursed full cost. This all could have been avoided if they helped me when I approached them first time.

Their flawed website and customer service divert attention from the product itself (Ice Globes), which I really like.

Last week, I wanted to buy Ice globes, which I did and I entered my credit card information. Then, somehow, they also took my money without my consent and sold me 4x of comfort sets, which I never wanted or planning on buying. Right away, I contacted their customer support to cancel 4x comfort sets and reimburse money. They came back with lame excuse that they could not help me because it was shipped already and now I have to send them back 4 massive boxes and they wont even cover the costs. This is unethical and unacceptable behaviour from the company. I will keep telling people about my horrible experience and to stay away from this company.

Stay away from this company! All the good reviews are fake reviews!

I was looking for face massagers and stumbled upon their website offering a huge 70% off on the ice globes. I should have closed their website right there. But I ordered 2. And then the nightmare began. They then proceed to bombard you with additional offers, the order process is now a 7-step process, each step a new offer e.g. comfort set, pink colored ones. Take note that under each additional offer, there’s a small print to click to not avail of the offer, but even though you do click on skip offer, the items still get charged to your card from the initial order. I ended up being fraudulently charged 4x comfort set, 4 x pink globes. As soon as I realized this, I immediately closed the browser and opened a new one to find Support. I wish I could say that at least support was good, but no, I was once again made several offers to try to change my mind about canceling my order. It was free gifts, and then a $72 discount. I made it clear I wanted a refund and then they said they would get in touch with me. They just emailed me now and said that they are unable to modify my order and that if I wanted to return it, I would need to pay for shipping cost. (But that the $72 discount is still on offer). I will of course return all items. I read another reviewer eventually got their refund. But this company’s practices I would say are still less than above board. I am now proceeding with lodging a complaint with the ACCC. Companies like this should not be able to operate in Australia.

Whilst I like this product the company…

Whilst I like this product the company Fraicheur won’t stop calling and harassing me to buy more products. They call all hours of the day and night even after I have continually asked them to stop. I regret ever purchasing these Ice Globes.

DO NOT BUY AS NOT GENUINE COMPANY

Very disappointed with my purchases. I found the ice globes large and cumbersome basically too large for the face. They are not effective but gimmicky. Not worth the money even with the discount, as there are much cheaper, better brands and more practical alternatives you can purchase elsewhere with a reputable company. Be aware that when you have to return the items back to Lithuania the cost is quite high for which you are not refunded. I ended up out of pocket by £16.00 just for the postage.

Update: when I returned the globes on 13.11.23 Fraicher charged me an extra £4.95 for their delivery to me. They are obviously an unprofessional company.

Stay away. You have been warned.

Fraicher market their items purporting to offer good deals with high reductions when in reality it is just a publicity stunt to boost their sales. They have a hard selling technique and do everything possible to discourage you from returning their products by penalising you financially for doing so.

I made an error ordering from this sham company and would urge you to not make the same mistake.

I have provided the invoice to show I am a genuine customer.

Don’t just don’t!

Only use this company if you want to be bombarded by phone calls!
Despite asking not to be contacted and to be removed from their database they still insist on calling from random numbers that get blocked after every call!
So much for GDPR.
The product isn’t brilliant either you can buy much cheaper elsewhere
UPDATE 13/11/23 if you complain about their product they still try to contact you by email offering a refund & a free gift so that you take your review down.
Just had a call from the US asking for my bank details- do they think that I’m stupid?
Scam company & disgusting service! Yet another number blocked!
17/11/23 and after being promised never to be contacted again - another call from an 0203 number- they are now being reported to the ICO!
Avoid like the plague!

Update: The Fraicheur team promptly contacted me about my concerns. They refunded the ice globes' cost and surprised me with a thoughtful gift as an apology. I truly appreciate their swift response and great customer service. My overall opinion is that Fraicheur is a reliable company with good quality products. However, I would advise potential customers to exercise extra caution when placing orders and recommend thoroughly reviewing their terms and conditions regarding communication methods.

I recently purchased a pair of blue globes, and I'm pleased with the product itself – it has an impressive design and packaging.
But, what prompts me to share my experience here is the company's marketing approach. Since I made my purchase a month ago, I've received persistent calls from their sales team, despite my clear and repeated expressions of disinterest. I can't recall ever granting them permission to contact me in this manner.

These calls have become quite intrusive, especially given the bombardment of advertising emails I'm already receiving. When I attempted to unsubscribe from their emails, I found the process surprisingly elusive. For prospective buyers, I would strongly recommend reviewing their privacy policies to better understand how your information may be used and to prepare for their marketing practices

The same complaint as alot of people on here... I placed an oder for the ice globes and feel tricked into purchasing masks I did not want. I did not get to review my order before purchase and am very dissatisfied with the experience. I have emailed the company in the hope that it will be modified and dealt with swiftly... To be continued..
A week on from this issue and the company have dealt very well with it. There was a prompt refund and the product I ordered arrived today in beautiful packaging. They called me to resolve the issue and also followed up with emails of apology and are sending out a free gift. So very happy with the customer care on this. I do however feel that their website needs a major over haul to stop this from happening to other customers. I have edited my review star from 1 to 4 due to reflect their good customer care

They add unwanted products to your basket!

***Edit: When Fraicheur saw my review here they have contacted me and have sent me a full refund and apologised for the issue***. I made my order on 23rd Aug of one pair of ice globes and the before checkout I was offered other products which I selected "No, Thanks" to but then their website added two sets of items, with 4 products in each so eight extra products in total, and they charged me, without any review of my basket before checkout.
I then straight away contacted them through their online chat to let them know that they had added items to my basket and charged me for items that I never added. Instead of trying to help m Ela on the chat tried to sell me more items.
When I pushed further for a refund I was told that she would log it as they had a team that looked after these issues. Then a few days later I received an email to say that the order had been processed and that they could not amend it. However this appears to be the case with Fraicheur, they are charging people for items they have never added to their basket. I was told all I could do was request a refund which I have done and I am waiting to hear back- but I will appear have to pay high fees to return something I never ordered!
They also called me to see how my order was before I even received the order and I told the lady on the phone what had happened and she said she would look into it and call me back, which has not happened.

Positive experience

I have bought Ice globes and it accidentally added other items that I didn't order. I was worried as it was a lot of money to spend and not get back.
A lovely customer service member phoned me and reassure me that I will get a refund for the products although they can't return the extra products I may keep them. Thank you I didn't expect that. Can't wait to try my new products!
