This is truly a series worth watching. Don't expect it from main stream medicine!

Not only do I love what Zonia offers as a platform/app, their customer service is super kind and helpful. Their level of service is very rare.

Wow! So much valuable info that I've never heard before. Never realized we are making it more difficult for our bodies to fight microbes when we kill 99.8% of all the germs around us. This tip and many more that we need to consider in order to maintain good health.

These videos are very thought provoking. it is so well-presented in an organized manner.

Zonia is one of the most comprehensive websites addressing many of the medical and lifestyle issues which challenge our health and well-being. With many luminaries in their respective fields contributing informative and helpful insights, I have used Zonia as a reference, a source of information and a place to explore and expand my knowledge. I have also found their supplements beneficial to my health.

The response to my message was almost immediate, and radiated care and empathy. I was truly touched by the genuine depth of sincere empathy shown by the correspondent.

Zonia has had tutorial, lectures that are up-to-date as my hospital ER use for recent adopted guidelines.Ibhaf cancer stage 4 of colon 2019. The majority of oncologists setting up algorithms for chemo infusions had to go back to their families as COVID-19 was so threatening.I did cancer research in my first degree in 1970s,then pediatric primary care. I was able to interpret journal articles. Until I heard the term"mTOR is the driver of cancer" spoken by Dr Ron Richardson in a Zonia weekly podcast,I did scan oncology journals to no avail. I searched for mT0R triggers.. to turn pathway.This breakthrough allows me to search concentrations of Leucine, methionine in foods to secure confidence I would not trigger mTOR.I have never been harassed to buy more. I do listen to all podcasts and always pick up gems. There is no pressure to sign for extras. I am recently weeks after total hip replacement and had anesthetic complications. Now instead of Aquafit swimming daily,I have to meditate. Zonia has excellent supportive lessons on different yoga..I am comfortable with focusing on this one site due to the quality of presentations. I don't have much time between neurology appointments to do huge searching as I had done. I can only recommend Stefan and his care team for conscientious research.

Zonia provides a plethora of information from experienced professionals in many areas of expertise; including health, body mind and spirit, exercise, detoxing, immune health, brain, gut and heart health and how connected they are to one another, recipes, meditative exercises to name a few.
This amazing platform is extremely easy to use. Many of the talks are a brief 15 minutes, direct and to the point. If you are young or mature, take a look for yourselves, navigating through
Zonia’s numerous categories is easy, mindful and I have learned so much.

This is an organisation with a website where you can write to and query any concerns or even express any frustrations in life. There will be a team on hand to engage in dialogue with you, even though you may be hundreds or thousands of miles away.

I purchased a subscription over 12 months ago as a once only. I was not happy with the information provided and I did not authorise for another subscription but they automatically deducted another subscription without my authorisation. I have requested a refund. but nothing so far.

I missed the T&C's about auto renewal. When I realised the money had been debited out my account I contacted Zonia customer care to see about obtaining a refund. From the beginning to the end they were very professional and at the same time caring and compassionate (something you rarely see in a company these days) I can happily say I received a refund and were very happy with the services they provided.
I loved their short videos with powerful insights and something you can refer back to if needed. I personally am on a healing journey and have found Zonia to be supportive with their valuable insights.

A misread term about auto-renewal caused a charge to appear on my Visa recently. I contacted the company and was impressed at how reasonable they were in helping to resolve the matter. In the end, they did the right thing and refunded the annual fee of $120 without issue.

My advice to you...if you want to be treated fairly, be kind and respectful in the process. There are good people everywhere you go and they are human..just like you. It’s nice to know that you stand behind your word when it comes to not only the level of communication and service you provide to your customers but that you have their back as evidenced here; a rare quality in business today.

The idea of this website I love.

However, using it, for me, was not user friendly. Too frustrating!

Also, I would be sent interesting topics via text, which was awesome! However, I could never access the topics sent to me via the links sent in the text messages. Instead of taking me directly to the topic mentioned, the links always took me to the homepage. Then I was on my own to seek it out. I never found a single one of the topics I follow links for!

Also, the teasers that play at the top of the home screen when I login cannot be scrolled through on my own to get back to the ones I want to watch.

It is too much hassle trying to use this website. It seems like this website is designed for scatterbrained viewing, like getting stuck in Facebook or Instagram or YouTube, where you are expected to follow one whim after another, instead of using your brain to logically figure out and plan what you want to watch.

If you change the format, let me know. Otherwise, I am gone from here. Life is too important to waste my time and get frustrated using a site I purchased access to for improving my life.

I hope Zonia reads and takes note of this feedback. They could be great!

The 9 episodes on Beyond the Brain was interesting, easy to listen to, easy to absorb and I believe certainly helpful for anyone interested in maintaining mental health.
