I thought I was ordering a hand held book, not a digital version. I just threw my money away.

I ordered a book and paid--but never received the book. I've tried to reach out but no response.

I ordered a hardcover book and they sent me a ebook! Nowhere did it state it was a ebooks. Absolute scammers

Thought I bought a hard cover book for my Mom's 95th birthday gift. Very misleading. Total scam. Do not buy from this website!!

I, too, was led to believe that I was getting an actual printed book. Do not use this site if you want a real hold in your hands book. To quote their website: "Our passion is books! In our site you can find the best authors books for every choice. Fast and free shipping...." I missed the part about it being a download. They are not transparent in my estimation.

I was mislead into thinking I would receive an actual book in the mail. Now, I realize the company sells books you have to download. I am disappointed. Do not buy from this company unless you want a downloaded book.

Completely misled to thinking this is a book that will be sent to you which is not the case. They send you a pdf download

Beware, this is an ebook not hard copy. It is accessible in Box storage. After some playing around on my computer and IPad, I was able to get it into Books on my IPad. Live and learn.

They are liars and thieves. At no time did they offer up that the book I ordered was an ebook. Shame on them.

This site is fraudulent. They are out of San Jose, California but the website says Indiana. I ordered a book and a half an hour later my card was being flagged by my bank for multiple attempted charges. I believe it was this company. Too suspicious. I’ll be reporting them to the Attorney General and the FBI

Zogomon.com website total scam. Showed book title, price, "hardcover", and "free shipping" with picture of delivery truck. Item details and everything on website refers to "books", "book seller", "we love books", etc. with no mention of digital content, ebook, or download. Placed order and received a confirmation email, but no book. Requested shipment date and got reply with: "Please note our site selling only digital content. To download your order, please click on link in 'New Order' email.". I replied with complaint and requested refund but got no response.

hardcover, for a book and its a Digital copy, no where does it says that and to top it off its for an android
and agin nio where does it say that on their adds and they still owe me 12.50

I have same issue as other people. False advertising. I thought I'm ordering regular book. Turns out it was pdf. No where on the site or mentions it was ebook. No reply for 2 weeks requesting refund.

I ordered a copy of Amy Tan's book Backyard Bird Chronicles. Their internet offering did not mention it was a pdf. I have not downloaded the pdf since I want a hardcopy. I asked for a refund, and they are refusing.

I ordered The Kingdom, the Power, and the Glory, and asked for a hardcover copy of the book. Here is the comment I added to my order in Comments: “ I’m ordering a hardcover of The Kingdom, The Power, and The Glory.” When I was searching online for the book, I found a Zogimom ad indicating “Hardcover” so I ordered it at a good price. So I ordered what I thought was a hardcover copy of from this website. When I reached out to check on shipping information, I was informed that the item was a digital download instead of the hardcover book that was advertised. When I reached out to rectify the problem, they refused a refund and said I was basically out of luck. This company is NOT REPUTABLE by doing shady business and steals your money. Do not purchase here. FALSE ADVERTISING—BEWARE.

Don’t buy from them. I ordered a coffee table picture book from them advertised as hardcover. They sent it to me as an ebook. Never advertised as digital book. I did NOT download it and asked for a refund. They said forget it. All sales final. They lie and take your money. Stay away from this company

Regret not reading the reviews before ordering. I paid through my credit card, so I am not worried about getting my money back. My order was very time sensitive. Even after waiting for several days past the delivery date, I still haven't received the book. Now reading the reviews, I am seeing that this is a scam.
