I searched their website I was convinced I was buying a book Nope it was an EBook!!!!! Too bad for me However I will NEVER buy from them again NO customer service Shame on them!

There is no indication that the book advertised is a download rather than a physical copy. Once you make a purchase, you'll find that the shipping address asked for is part of the scam as nothing will be shipped. You will not be able to speak to anyone as the phone number on the site is useless. You will not receive a refund for your purchase, but will be told all sales are final. Please report any negative interactions with zogomom to the BBB, so they will be held accountable.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY unless you are thinking you're going to get a .pdf file and not a book. That's all you will receive is a .pdf. Nowhere on the site or the purchase does it mention that you will only be emailed a .pdf file. No phone calls answered and emails are not responded to either. SCAM!

I wish I had checked review first!!!! And now, you can't reach them by phone--only email. However, they aren't responding to my inquiry! There's nothing on their site about NOT being actually hardbound books!

Horrible company who will scam you. Do not purchase from them. All books are PDF on their website. That’s not even the right kind of ebook that is easy to read on a phone! After they scam you, they will not refund you.

Their website is tremendously misleading. I went to purchase a book yesterday, and it asked me for my shipping address. Nowhere on the page did it state it was an “ebook” or “pdf”. Once purchased, I received an email with a “download now” link and there it was - a PDF of the book. I can hardly even read it.

I’m shocked and disappointed. When I reached out to customer service, they told me all sales are final. I had to file a dispute with my credit card provider.

NO MENTION THAT THIS IS A DOWNLOAD SITE.

Would give zero stars. Expected a paper book as Seller mentions "free shipping" and expected number of days for purchase to ship and arrive. NO mention book is a pdf. Read elsewhere (other reviews) that if you request a refund -- Seller states item returnable up to 30 days from purchase -- the Seller will tell you NO refunds.

I hardly want to give it a 1 star. There is nothing stating the condition of the book, if it is digital or not, and the phone number is a false one - no such number. So sad that people have this kind of time to make up and provide inaccurate information OR no information.

Misleading and dishonest. No indication I was not buying a physical book.

Oh I wish I had come here first. No indication / statement that the purchases were ebooks. Such crappy business practice. How can you sleep at night knowing how dissatisfied customers are? You’ve already gotten a message from me and you get these reviews as well. Get a clue and add a statement to your site. Shame on you.

SCAMMED! These are digital books

When I went to the book I was purchasing it stated used, I even wrote in comments before I purchased if this is an audio/e book I do not want it. After purchasing it. It was an e book and I did not want it. I e mailed the company and stated this is not what I ordered, their response was no refunds and on their site it says they would do a refund. Please do not buy from this company, I do not have a laptop to read any books and this is frustrating because I told them from the get go.

Definitely misleading...I expected to a book to be sent to me through the mail. I received a pdf download which is not ideal to read from a phone. The listing does not state that it is a download. Pretty much a waste. Should have known it was too good to be true. Very disappointing

I just purchased and it was a PDF download but NOTHING on the website states that they are digital and not an actual book as it even states UPS shipping on the checkout page.

They need to take this website DOWN for FRAUD

I ordered what I thought would be a book and I waited for almost 2 weeks for shipping confirmation. I contacted the seller who told me that the order was, in fact, a digital book I wrote back and said that I had unable to read digital books on my iPhone, and I would like a refund And they told me they have a no refund policy.
I explained to them that their website did not say my book order would be digital. Their website does not say digital anywhere, but instead they show you books which you can order. This company is a total scam. I will be calling my credit card company with a formal complaint

I ordered a hardcover book, "Cher The Memoir, Part One" for $11.90. I sent numerous e-mails, no reply. WHAT A SCAM! I received merchandise from China, that cleared customs & came quicker. The book didn't come~I will never order from them again! Suzanne K.

I ordered two Ambitious Kitchen Cookboojs from them for $12.50 each on separate occasions and received nothing. I have written to them twice about it and received no response. They are a total scam. Buyer Beware!!

The website does not tell you the products are
e-books. They ask for your shipping address, leading you to believe you are getting a book in the mail. Do not order from this website if you are expecting a physical book shipped to you. I ordered a book as a Christmas present. I cannot wrap an e-book. They refuse to refund my credit card.

Thought I had ordered a hardcover book. Nowhere did it state it was an e book. When I questioned delivery time I got an email saying there are a digital company only and to click on the link to download the book. A link was never sent!!! No response after that.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! Leads you to believe you are ordering a book when it is just an e-book. Nowhere does it state that is what you are ordering. They even give the book's dimensions in some instances.
Just another con website unless you are looking specifically for an e-book, but I'm not sure if they are even legal.
