Our trip with Ziyara Tours was absolutely amazing. There were 7 of us travelling together, and everything was perfect from start to finish, it couldn’t have gone better. The trip was extremely well organised, with every detail taken care of, and our agent was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive throughout. We felt supported at every step and could truly focus on our worship without any worries. My first Umrah was an immersive, humbling and transformative experience, all thanks to Ziyara Tours. Especially Brother Rashard was exceptional in delivering an excellent bespoke Umrah experience for first-time Umrah and returning Umrah journeys. His professionalism and willingness to help and assist the group went above and beyond the realms of any tour company, that made it a memorable once in a lifetime experience for me. The whole journey, tours were well organised and executed due to brother Rashard. I absolutely had a spiritually uplifting experience at Iraq with Ziyara Tours. Brother Sajid is so understanding and helpful from the beginning all the way till the end he really puts Kidmet at the forefront of what he does. Alhamdulillah 5 stars without a shadow of a doubt. I had an amazing experience along many other men, women and children on this wonderful Ziyarah trip to Egypt.

Ziyarah tours management team led by brothers Sajid, Rashid, Kamil, Hafeez Awais (- kept us well entertained on board the coach) and of course our Sheikh Abdul Aziz with his in- depth knowledge of subject kept us all briefed with commentaries on board. I liked his style of checking the understanding before moving on -truly exceeded my expectations.

Customer service both from the management and Hotels we stayed were all excellent and our Historical local guide Ustad Hussein - all exceeded my personal experience and expectations.
