I recently booked a trip with Ziyara tours to Uzbekistan, and I couldn’t be more happier with the experience! From the very beginning, their planning was absolutely professional every detail was carefully organised, and communication was clear and prompt. The itinerary was very well thought out, allowing us to enjoy each destination. What was impressive was that this was the company’s very first time running a tour to this destination yet you would never have known!

Throughout the journey the team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, safe and well looked after. The guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about what they do, which made the trip even more memorable.

Every stop on our itinerary was thoughtfully chosen so we could get the most possible. Any worries was taken out of our hands and they where always open to hearing feedback & willing to accommodate individuals without disruption to others.

I truly appreciate the effort that went into making this trip so special. I highly recommend Ziyara tours to anyone looking for a, well-organised, thoughtful and unforgettable blessed travel experience. I’ll definitely be booking with them again inshallah.

I travelled to Uzbekistan with Ziyara Tours, and although it was their first time organising a group trip there, I had an incredible experience. The journey was deeply spiritual and very well organised. There were a few minor hiccups along the way, which is completely normal, but the team handled them transparently and resolved any issues promptly.

The highlight of the trip was the line-up of respected Shaykhs that Ziyara Tours arranged to accompany us. Their spiritual guidance, heartfelt du’as, and insightful explanations of the Islamic significance and historical context of each site truly elevated the experience.

The Ziyara Tours team and the Shaykhs were always present, approachable, and happy to answer any questions.

My journey began with a completely different tour group.
One that, unfortunately, felt more focused on securing my money than supporting my spiritual experience. I was bombarded with persistent phone calls and pressured to commit, which left me feeling uneasy and overwhelmed.
Then, by the grace of Allah, I came across Ziyara Tours, and from the very first interaction, Sajid Bhai stood out as a beacon of sincerity and professionalism. There was no pressure, no sales tactics, just genuine care and a clear desire to ensure that my Umrah would be the most meaningful journey of my life.
Sajid Bhai went above and beyond to accommodate every need. I was traveling with my elderly mother and my wife, without a group, and naturally, I was anxious. But Sajid Bhai’s calm guidance and meticulous planning gave me complete peace of mind.
He arranged everything:
Flights, hotels, and all transfers between Madinah, Makkah, and Jeddah
Luggage and guidebooks tailored to help us perform Umrah correctly
Constant support and reassurance, no matter how many questions I had.
Madinah
The hotel provided was world-class, just a short walk from the Haram. An absolute blessing, especially for my mother. The food was exceptional, and the hotel staff were consistently attentive and kind.
A special mention to Amir Bhai from the ground team, who managed all our transport seamlessly. The drivers were friendly, punctual, and made us feel completely at ease.
We truly left our hearts in Madinah.
Makkah
We stayed at the Hilton Convention Hotel, just a 5-minute walk from the Haram. Another 5-star experience. Beautiful rooms, excellent service, and delicious food. Everything was flawless.

Final Thoughts
This journey exceeded every expectation I had. I cannot thank Sajid Bhai and the entire Ziyara Tours team enough for their patience, professionalism, and heartfelt support. Their dedication turned what could have been a stressful experience into a deeply spiritual and unforgettable one.
I will absolutely be booking with them again, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a truly blessed and well-organized Umrah experience.

I joined Ziyara Tours on their trip to Iraq in October 2025.

The trip was excellently coordinated the communication of Ziyara before, during and after the trip was clear and prompt. During the trip everything on the itinerary was well-executed in a timely manner. They simultaneously held a flexible mindset, taking on active feedback from those travelling with them and made adjustments accordingly. It is not easy to coordinate and direct a large group but they did it very well. I would travel with them again without hesitation!

It was an amazing experience! the leaders of the retreat were so sweet, kind and amazing. All of my respect goes to Sister Sumhara and Brother Sajid who organised the trip well and really supported and cared for all of us who attended the Jordan retreat. I would definitely go again and recommend to everyone to attend for religious growth and spiritual healing 🫶🏽

Healing Hearts Sisters Only Jordan Retreat 2025

Alhamdulillah, what an incredible and spiritually uplifting journey this was. Walking through the blessed lands of Sham and visiting places connected to those beloved to Allah and His Messenger ﷺ with such a wonderful group of sisters was truly humbling and unforgettable.

A huge thank you to Sister Sumhara for her organisation, dedication and the graceful way she handled everything — always with a warm smile and calm presence. Also to Brother Sajid (Ziyara Tours) for his patience and steady support throughout in the background. Any issues highlighted were resolved swiftly. The hotel accommodation was of a good standard & there was plenty of variety of food to choose from at both breakfast & dinner.

Special appreciation to Brother Ali, our Jordanian tour guide, whose local knowledge and great sense of humour made the trip both insightful and enjoyable — especially with such a large group of ladies!

Heartfelt thanks to our respected Ustadha Tayibbah and Ustadha Badriyah, for their immense knowledge, wisdom, humility, and inspiration. May Allah bless and preserve them always.

Feedback:
A few small suggestions for next time — clearer daily announcements, earlier lunch breaks, and more time at key sites like Wadi Rum and Petra to fully make the most of the time spent there. It would also be lovely to include some dedicated shopping time so it doesn’t overlap with visits.

Overall, a beautifully organised and spiritually enriching journey that I will always treasure. 🌿

It was amazing, the name healing hearts truly healed the soul, we learnt a lot, walking in the footsteps of our beloved prophets (pbuh) samarah and our tour guides were always very patient, always with a smile and showed us great kindness and leadership. The tour leaders, brother Saj and Rash and sister Mariam provided an excellent service and were extremely patient with all the questions . They are extremely humble and sincere and doing such wonderful tours for the right reasons. May Allah (SWT) bless them with so much more barakah in their business, Ameen.

Shaykh Abdul Aziz was on the tour and the classes with them were an absolute bonus. Having access to a teacher and being able to ask them questions when you needed was just amazing and was one of the key factors in me choosing to do this trip with Ziyarah tours.

The hotels were changed from 4* star to 5* star in a couple of places which was fantastic and shows that Ziyarah tours ensures that comfort and well being of its attendees is an absolute priority. There was so much food variety too Alhamdulliah.

I have had a fantastic time with Ziyarah tours and In’sha’Allah plan to do more trips with them.

Iv just come back from a tour of Iraq and im very impressed with the package. The brothers Rash and Saj and sister Miriam are true professionals and ensured that I got the most of the trip. The Ziyaras are well planned and we were very lucky to have Sheikh Abdul Aziz Fredrick with us who is a very knowledgeable person and was able to give us lectures and insights into the places we were visiting.
The whole team are patient, approachable and caring. They ensure that we get the correct knowledge and keep us updated throughout the day. They go over and beyond in their duties to care for us and guide us.
