I have booked with them to travel to Lahore for my Eid holidays in April. I have been given a booking of Emirates airline with no ticket number, then i came to see there reviews and it made me more worry and i directly called them to refund but them I talked to there Manager Amaan, he advised me to give him time and he delivered , i got my tickets week before my travel and it was with good discount. I dont know abt others but i am happy with the service. Will surely recommend them

These people have cheated my Sister also in the same fashion. My sister and her daughter have booked with these unscrupulous people in November 2025 and tomorrow is the travel date. Today they are saying that the Etihad flight is rescheduled and they will give another ticket for some other day. When they checked with Etihad there was no booking in their name and there was no flight reschedule. It seems their trick is giving a booking in reservation system and give a copy to the passenger by convincing that it is a genuine ticket. After that they will cancel the booking from the airline system without issuing the ticket. There is no ticket number or actual booking in the airline system. I am afraid they are into some illegal activities and we are reporting this to police. Stay away from these people. They have cheated people in the same way as this case as seen in the reviews. Now that my sister is paying £2500 extra for the last minute ticket purchase through a genuine agent. It was a mental torture for her family since booking in November as these people were telling, the ticket will appear 24 hours before the travel in the airline portal.

I bought a ticket to uganda on the 28 Dec 2025.i was supposed to leave for uganda on the 6th of January 2026,the flight got cancelled, only to be told by the airline staff that my name was not in the system because this travel agency did not give me a really ticket with a ticket number, when I rang them from the airport, they told me that I will get my ticket number during the boarding time, I have never experienced anything like that, I continually rang them only to be told that the flight is now on the 9th of January because the 7th one is fully booked. I broke down in tears in front of the lady at the airport desk ,she told them that they are seats available and they should rebook me to travel on the 7th of January, I am still waiting for the ticket number. Avoid a lady called Jessica Smith from that travel agency because she is not a human being at all

I’d suggest you avoid these criminals.
They have my money since July 4th 2025 and have refused to refund it. They keep lying that it has been refunded and I’ll get it soon but this is well over a month and nothing to show.
I’ve reported them to the right authorities though and I’ve also informed my bank.
Do not engage any of them. I repeat do not!!! Especially one Rayaan. He’s such a dishonest person.

One aspect that truly impressed me was the level of customer service I experienced. staff was always available to assist me, promptly addressing any queries or concerns that arose.
