Great customer service! Professional and thorough. There was a slight mishap with one of the writer's dropping the ball, but it was quickly rectified by customer support.

I paid $299 for the premium package to include resume and LinkedIn profile products. When Zipjob did not provide a usable “first draft” and exceeded the timelines promised in the package, I asked for a refund. Now, I only have $149 refunded and neither a resume or LinkedIn profile.

I purchased the premium package thinking that I will receive well tailored, properly formatted cover letter and resume for my job search. Unfortunately, that's not the case. Even though my writer was super nice and quick to respond, I am not sure that ZipJob assigned a writer who specializes in writing for new grad nurses. I spoke to an HR mgr who specializes in nursing and was informed that the cover letter and resume were generic at best. Very disappointed that $300 went down the drain...

Worth every penny! My professional writer was efficient and maintained communication with me during the whole process. I'm very pleased with the resume and cover letter that was made for me and I now feel more confident while searching for my dream job!

I purchased their premium package, with two addons for the $50 resume call and $150 interview package.

The first issue I had was with setting up the interview package. If you don't respond to the Interviewers direct email with time slots and press the automated button, you are going to find yourself looking at a load screen for 5 min. Then it leads you to believe you need to login. Which I find out they discontinued logins and this doesn't do anything.

The second issue is with the $50 resume call. Their practice is to do this after they already created a resume for you. This is a poor practice since you haven't even talked to the customer. I purchased this as a second resume for a different job type. Because they didn't call me before hand like they should have the resume was a rewording of my first resume. Complete rubbish and not worth $300.

I would have gotten a full refund if it weren't for a policy of $100 for a refund for the resume and $50 for the interview. I ended up getting at least $100 back for the interview.

With the resume I am letting them have one more go at the resume with the caveat that they call me first before they write the resume. Helps that I know that their writers are contractors. Hopefully I don't regret this decision.

I hired ZipJob to rewrite my resume, LinkedIn, Cover Letter, and Thank you letter. They overpromised and under-delivered. I was trying to invest in myself and put my best foot forward, and I missed a lot of opportunities because I was holding out for them to deliver. When I received it, there were grammar errors and seemed to be a non-english speaking person whom just compiled by current resume into a new format. I didn't use any of what was sent to me because it was poorly written. I tried to dispute with my bank and it was declined because ZipJob jumped into action because I did dispute it. Take your money, time, and efforts some where else. They are not worth it.

This company is AWFUL! Seriously. Go with another company!! The writer was awful and when I told them about how it was written they said I’d have to pay more money to get another writer. The job interview piece, sold separately was a joke. They told you how to dress and use eye contact. When I told them I know that I thought we would go over questions and how to best answer she said she doesn’t do that and it would be more $ for more time.
I called and complained to no avail. DO MOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! You will be so sorry and dissatisfied. WASTE OF GOOD MONEY!!!!

This company produced great and timely work. Experienced and very helpful staff. They work with you to produce the best resume that fits your goals. I would recommend to a friend.

I am a transitioning Navy Veteran and I decided to utilize a professional resume writing service to help translate my military accomplishments into bullets that match roles I was interested in.

I chose the top package, $299 I believe, because I figured that the benefits in the package were worth the price. One of the biggest selling points was "Future resume update for changes in your career. Never expires!".

The writing process was very impersonal, almost robotic. I filled in the data form and added some notes and then the process was off. The next time I heard anything was for the review, but I had hoped to have more back and forth communication. The writer had no questions for clarification, which seems very strange to me as someone who has written many awards and evaluations. The overall product seemed to come out well, so I felt comfortable with it at the time.

My main concern with the company is with the selling point I mentioned earlier, the future resume updates that never expire. When I emailed the company and asked how to go about this, I was given a link to pay $75 to have an update completed. I paid them $299 for a one pass resume, and now they would like an additional $75 for an update? That is very very shady, and the person I was communicating with was almost robotic with no discussion, just links.

Very disappointing. I do regret utilizing this company and I feel slightly taken advantage of.

Beginning with the first email sent from one of their writers it has been an AWFUL experience.
* email with link to drafts did not work
* Most emails and responses are returned (bounced) Undeliverable.
* Contacted support by phone who provided a link to text documents, I made updates and replied to both support and the writer. Both bounced and were returned as undeliverable.
* Contacted support a second time by phone Nikki who said she could see one of the responses in the system but it had no attachment that she would escalate the issue but I should wait 2 days to receive a response from the writer
*Received email from Erica in customer asking that I send a copy of the attachment they didn't get, my reply was returned undeliverable.

Either their technology does not not work or they are totally incompetent .... My deadline with the recruiter will pass on Friday.

I have began the hassle of filing a complaint and requesting a refund from my credit card.

Still:
NO RESUME!!!!!!!

I've purchased the premium package, with the assumption that it will be ready within three days. It is day three, and still no resume. I did not receive any email, other than a marketing email trying to sell me more of their services. When calling ZipJob on the status, it still wasn't assigned to anyone and the deadline was pushed to next week.

I do not recommend ZipJob to anyone. Zero communications and not meeting expectations.

Horrible resume company. My 3rd grader could write something better. Bad customer service.
