I ordered 2 different practice tests

I ordered 2 different practice tests. The first one I ordered i couldn't use. The 2nd one was the wrong one. Super easy nothing like the journeyman exam i had recieved from you before. So I feel like I was ripped off 50 dollars.

System Update During Exam

During one the exam, the system updated and it kicked me out of the exam. Although this only lasted a few minutes, it still should have taken place in the middle of an exam. For such a high stake and stress exam, situations like this should happen. Things such as these can interrupt a test takers rhythm. Additionally, we are tested on 125 questions, but only graded on 115. If 125 questions are being asked, a test taker should be eligible to receive credit for 125 questions.

Im attempting to schedule an exam.

Im attempting to schedule an exam.
I selected a date and paid, online.
I subsequently called and was told that payment was made, but the exam needed to be scheduled. OK, lets do that. Wait. Now Im told that there is a server issue, call back later.
I waited four hours and called back, to no avail...three more times and no one can now even find my payment.
Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I asked for a manager, refused.

What didn't go wrong

Originally students' access were missing from a month old purchase. It took 4 days of calling and emailing to retrieve the needed information. I had students that needed to retest and the website had error messages. Information relayed over the phone from the PSI rep was wrong, hence I ordered materials incorrectly. Now when the students go to test, the website freezes or skips over questions. Not happy with this product.

I forgot my password and tried several times to retrieve it. I finally called customer service. I was told by the gentleman I spoke with that the phone number I called didn't have anything to do with the test I was taking and he could not reset my password.
I found another phone number and called it. Spoke with a very nice lady, who said she could not help me reset my password, but gave me an email address that would get me into contact with someone who could reset my password. That email address came back as an error message. UGH... getting frustrated at this point. I then proceeded to set up a new account and then the test I purchased linked up to it. Not sure what happened?

The website/site crashed a third of the way through the test

The website/site crashed maybe a third through the test and would not let me back on to finish. I am very dissatisfied that I spent $50 and was not able to take the full practice test.

PSI scheduling staff doesn't understand time zones.

The PSI customer service people who schedule exams do not understand time zones. An agent in India confirmed to me, he had never heard of Daylight Savings Time. As a result, they schedule the online exams for the wrong time. Their email confirmations also say London/Europe time. But London and Europe aren't in the same time zone, and aren't the same as Greenwich Mean Times after Daylight Savings Time kicks in. Some of the agents have very poor English comprehension as well. I can forgive that, but they need to grasp time zones.

Tried the online proctor twice

Tried the online proctor twice, each time it would never continue to let me test. They come back with every excuse and kill 30 minutes of time to then state well you're 30 minutes late and have missed your appointment and they can no longer help me. I will be filing a complaint with the state agency I am trying to get licensed with. PSI is Garbage.

I would NOT buy this test prep in…

I would NOT buy this test prep in anyway shape or form, 30% of the questions are wrong. Its clearly Ai supported, and after taking my first b-3 exam it prepares you for about 5% of the real exam. Shame on PSI for providing the test while offering this quality of test prep for THEIR exams. Absolutely wont use again if possible

Website not user friendly!

After multiple tries I was unable to purchase the materials I needed through the PSI website. Only after speaking with someone from PSI, and an invoice sent to me was I able to do so.

Absolutely horrendous that the CA dept…

Absolutely horrendous that the CA dept of insurance allows a monopoly for a provider with their reviews. Tons of complaints on every platform. Their services are deceptive and designed to overcharge consumers then place poor English speaking customer service agents in front of clients to mislead them further or deny any responsibility. There should and hopefully will be, a class action lawsuit against them to bankrupt them and close them down. It’s aggregators what they are doing.

Purchased multiple exam within one email unaware its one exam per email. Called multiple times to help resolve the issue. Given multiple run around and still pending for partial refund being told they are unable to give me refund and would have to email to support. Just to be told they are unable to help me. Multiple times taking the exam

I feel with these test costing money we should be able to re take the exams as many times as we want to help us study once we have paid for them. There is other sites that let you do a mock exam for free and you can retake it as many times as you like.
