Service was ok, the user interface/dashboard was basic and not the friendly. The information shown was not always detailed and seemed to be lacking. The price was good compared to others. Would’ve given a more stars but their billing policy is a little shady. No clear indication when it expires/renews, I wrote the company the morning it expired they replied no refunds and charged me for the month

Zilocar...a great info source!
The information provided by Zilocar allowed me to "weed out" cars that I didn't need to pursue and it gave me the information needed to negotiate from a "position of power" on the cars that I wanted to pursue. I ended up negotiating a great price on a lightly used car and was able to quickly close the deal.

While I was test driving cars I was also able to use zilocar to find out all the information about the car. One vehicle in particular was supposed to be 26k miles but zilocar showed the odometer had been turned back! Thank you for the information.

I was amazed at how easy this site was to use and fast. I don't know why I never heard about it before. The reports were exactly what I needed which was to check accidents, miles and number of owners and how long each person owned it among other things.

I bought the account to research cars after my car was totaled. I could only afford a used car and was concerned about getting one that was not in good shape or had hidden problems.
