Great product and easy purchase! I brought the ZIIP HALO over a year ago and it still works great. Nanocurrent makes a huge difference, in addition to microcurrent. App is easy to use. Came back to get more gels.

This is my second ZIIP - I love it that much!!! My skin looks so much firmer and my skin is glowing after just a few days of using it again. I am obsessed!

Not impressed with their customer service so far. I’ve been trying to return my ZIIP halo for the past 10 days, my original request to return has been cancelled without any explanation, and my emails to their support address are going unanswered. I’ve provided all photos of proof that the item hasn’t been opened. Very frustrating.

Im not sure if the device really works. Its been 3 weeks of consistent use and I have not noticed any changes to my baggy eyes, or seen ant changes to my puffy face.

I'd like to leave a review for Aaleyah, who provided professional online service today. I had trouble with my ZIIP HALO device lately, which was a shame because I had been getting good results with it on my skin. Aaleyah replied to my emails patiently and rapidly, and helped me sort the problem out. I'm glad that ZIIP HALO has such a nice staff member!

When I had a problem with my ZIIP Halo not synching anymore I reached out for help, I could not praise you guys more for helping me and also returning some items that were sent back in the return to me. Mikayla was AMAZING! So kind, and over the top in assisting me!

So far extremely disappointing. Order nearly a week overdue and despite trying to contact customer services, no real help offered. Was told the item would be delivered on 15th when it was already 17th. Expensive item, expected more. Would like a full refund.

I have been burned (not literally) by a few higher-cost tools lately, so even though I did heavy research before buying the Halo, I was really nervous. The first couple of evenings I did short anti-aging treatments, but I also had a nightmarish underground bump on my nose. It was there for almost a week: painful to touch, red, hard to hide with makeup. Thanks, perimenopause. It seemed like it took up the entire top of the tip of my nose! I tried the Halo treatment for breakouts, not really expecting anything, and I can 100% confirm that after just two treatments (using silver gel), that bump disappeared. It never came to the surface in something ugly that I had to deal with, it just went away. It has been two weeks since then with no more breakout treatments, and nothing else on my nose. I can't yet speak to the anti-aging treatments, but getting rid of the worst zit I'd had in probably 5+ years was impressive.

Ordering from the company directly makes you certain the product is authentic and not old. The gel came the next day!

Original review: My original ZIIP Halo device had technical issues within the first year of ownership. ZIIP replaced it under warranty, which I appreciated at the time. The replacement device also developed technical issues within over 1.5 years. When I contacted ZIIP again I was told the warranty had expired based on my original purchase date, and that the company policy prevents them from replacing it.

So ZIIP's position is: they send a defective replacement, and because the defective replacement takes time to fail, I'm now stuck with a non-working device.

I would not recommend this company or product. If your device fails and they replace it, beware that the replacement comes with no real protection. Buy at your own risk.

I have been using ZIPP each day now for about 3 weeks. I am using the Gold and I had some breakouts and used the crystal those days. I had Myolift Mini and thought it was cumbersome. I started using Medicube Booster Pro(both for over 1 year) I use the gel and do the Booster Pro EMS around the circumference of my face, then use the zipp lift for 12 min. The Zipp has totally transformed my 74 year young face. I have only slight nasal labial lines now. I expect them to diminish with time. I do use Calesim products, Eighthday retinol and Dr. Diamonds products as well. I use the Booster Pro for electric micro needling and booster for better absorption after putting on products. I stopped using Micro current on medicube because not real micro current, just a less intense version of EMS. ZIPP made a difference Medicube micro current did not.

Can I return this item

Easy ordering process, device works well. Interface with app is horrible, only works occasionally. Takes 10-15 tries to get it to connect and wastes 5 minutes that I do not have to spare. The regular non synched mode works well but I bought it specifically to use with the different programs with the app. Definitely disappointed.

Seeing great results just weeks in. Very easy to use, app has great guides and my skin looks fantastic!

It was annoying to get past the AI bot but once my issue was escalated, the customer service team was very responsive.
