Brilliant customer support. Was having an issue with a transfer and one of the guys responded immediately and sorted it out in no time at all.
It looks like a great service although just like any investment don't throw your life savings into it.
Traditional financial institutions have been using quants for years so its pretty awesome that this type of service is available in a fledgling industry.
Personally I'm not knowledagble enough nor do I have the time to be actively trading but I had been looking for a hedging opportunity and this is it.

Solid platform with a very attractive and innovative idea for novice traders and non traders. As it allows to choose the people that will trade for you, at the cost of virtually nothing since the fees are taken from profit.

Only annoying aspect that is apparently worked on : Your funds are frozen for an unknown period of time depending on the trader willingness to close all its positions before you can to withdraw them, which can range between a few hours to a few months (with some traders).
But they also have signals service for those who don't want to transfer funds.

Except from that, as long as security is remaining top priority and the platform keeps improving, there is no reason not to try it.

They are in some kind of partnership with binance which makes thing easier in regard to transfer withdrawals.

Active on discord and telegram , offers help in case of queries.

I just think they should work along with both providers and people who want to follow signals so they can make it number one choice .

Easy to put in place and excellent customer service ready to help us. I begun on zignaly in 2019 and I have seen the evolution and upgrading (the team work hard). I recommand.

I'll try to give an honest review after more than 8 months of use.
Yes, Zignaly had bugs in the past and yes, even now there are bugs from time to time. That's why they label their platform as "beta". But the bug problem has improved a lot in the last few months, and the fact that they have increased their team will have helped a lot. And honestly, if you look at the competition, the Zignaly team is doing a pretty good job.
Now to the actual platform: I have earned good money in the 8 months I have been there. Yes, there are some bad traders and also I had 2 traders I followed and their services got liquidated. But that was also my fault because I didn't do enough research before. Again, DYOR! If you inform yourself beforehand, read the information about the individual traders carefully, ask questions, critically scrutinize, then you can earn very good money here. However, if you blindly follow the highest %, then it can quickly go wrong.

In summary, Zignaly has created an innovative new way to earn money with crypto trading without having to trade yourself. There are minor issues here and there, but overall I'm really satisfied. I am excited and look forward to seeing how the platform develops.

This is ridiculous. I created a profit sharing service to test, put 1k there, and cant withdraw my own money from my own service even though i closed all positions? To me looks like a scam. Will update once I receive support. Hopefully wont lose too much money on those days that my money is stuck.
