Had the most wonderful experience with Zest. The office was easy to find just outside the terminal building.
The registration process was simple & fast and my car was waiting for me.
The same applied when I returned 1 week later.
My deposit was returned within 24 hours and I was extremely happy.
The staff were friendly & super helpful with information on the car & the returning process.

I never rent cars from any other company now!
I ALWAYS use Zest and they are absolutely brilliant. Really supportive and flexible when I’ve ended up missing flights or having to extend rentals- never try to upsell or add cheeky extra costs on. Very no-nonsense and reliable. Always a very pleasant experience.

Great car but didn't match the booking
Car was there ready to be picked up. Hertz staff were friendly. Cost was as promised. Return was super efficient.
The only problem was that the car had 7 seats when the booking said minimum of 8. This was because we had been upgraded to a premium vehicle. Luckily we had ordered a large car for extra room and didn't need 8 seats. However this would have been a big problem for a group of 8. The delivery should match the booking

Very easy to navigate the hire
Very easy to navigate the hire. The staff were excellent. I didn’t get the check in staffs name but he was very good and it was a relaxed feel to the start of our holiday. Drop off was the same, Leonor, made the experience quick and easy. Thank you!

Lack of complaint response
Have used Zest may times previously but on this occassion a massive let down. Had an issue with car in Germany at pick up where booking had been cancelled as we landed 25 minutes late resulting in having to rebook and pay £120 extra as well as larger deposit as well as the fuel was half a tank yet Zest say full tank. Also the aggressive nature of the hand over agent in Germany was a big issue. On return contacted Zest customer service who could not have been less bothered. Told to write a complaint email which i did and zero response to that.
Dissapointing as had many years good corporate service from them but this time has left me moving my business elsewhere unfortunatley as happy to take the money but not talk about issues.

Cheap for a reason.
Car wing mirror cover was knocked off having breakfast on the way to the airport. The man said they have to charge me €300.00 but I can claim this back as I’m covered with Zest. I am waiting for a call back to make a police report.
I paid and contacted Zest who said it isn’t covered and I would need to contact the provider. Neither company want to support, and I’m out of pocket. Typical car rental company who will find any excuse to take your money.
