I ordered from Zericce believing they sold authentic branded items based on their website photos. However, the items I received were poor quality counterfeits with wrong logo colors, spelling mistakes on wash labels (e.g., "washcold"), and missing brand tags. When I requested a return on March 18th, which was the 29th day after my February 17th delivery, they lied and claimed I was past the 30-day window to deny my refund. In a later email, they even admitted their products "are not affiliated with or endorsed by third-party brands," confirming they are selling fakes.
