Avoid this company.

I placed my order on 22 June, it was marked as shipped on 2 July, and after weeks of waiting, it still hasn’t been delivered. I have requested a refund multiple times, but all I receive are the same automated responses saying the package is “still in transit.”

A company should take responsibility for its own shipping issues instead of making customers wait indefinitely. Very disappointing customer service. I cannot recommend buying from them.

Firstly I have to thank Rafael Alves for his customer service, outstanding above and beyond. I did have my doubts the items would come. But customer service made me aware the parcels do have a lot of customs to go through. They did arrive, and the quality is brilliant. Worth waiting for.

Item took 6 weeks to arrive, item had no Labels so looks fake, ordered XL although I am only L but jumper is that small I cant even get my arms in sleeves comfortably, buyer beware

I bought a lacoste jacket for around £53 it arrived and is a total fake. bits of stitches not cut off properly the lacoste badge isent even stitched on level its slightly slanted its a total counterfeit shop n not even good counterfeit items im giving it zero stars utter con

I bought tracksuits on 30 June i never receive any feedback from them and ne response on emails it’s total a scam !

I’m not surprised with rate they have and the bad reviews too, I order T- shirt navy blue Ralph Lauren, I got it after few weeks and I keep sending messages, I got it in end but the wrong colour and wrong size too , I try to communicate with them for return and refund but I am afraid no way they ou can get through,so, I kiss my £40 pounds goodbye, also look very fake too , please don’t buy anything from this horrible company.

Looking at the reviews, I am so mad at myself for not first authenticating Palm Row Botique, i wouldn't have continued to make an order with them because now i have fallen for the same scam. I made an order in May and we are now in July!! It looks like I am not getting my items - I wonder if people who complained here have received their money back or eventually got their orders!! What a poor service this company needs to be investigated and shut down

Ordered May 30. As of today, July 4, no news in spite of many mails to the company. No feedback. Looks like fraud....

I purchased from this store early April. I have not received my purchase and have asked for updates multiple times. No feedback. This is clearly a scam and people should not trust this store.

FRAUD - This company are full of shit - I made my order paying for 3 items and it still has not been shipped. I saw there site on Facebook and thought it must be genuine, I´m not sure why FB lets them continue advertising on there. Stay clear of this site - worst ever

A complete fraud!!! It’s been 3 months since my order and payment!
The most shocking behaviour is that I receive no reply in my numerous claims to the company various different channels (suck as a direct mail to the operators).
It’s a scam and a discrase!

I made a payment for two items; little did I know that I was making a fraudulent transaction. Piece of advice. Do not patronise this company.

I've had my eye on Palmrow for a while and finally decided to pull the trigger during their recent sale, scoring two polo shirts for almost half the price. I am honestly blown away by the quality, especially for the value! Both pieces look and feel premium—significantly more expensive than what I actually paid. The fabric and fit exceeded my expectations. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and am already keeping an eye out for their next promo. Highly recommend!"

These guys are frauds entirely. Do not buy from them.

I saw a photo of this store on Facebook and it looked very attractive, so I placed an order. Three weeks later, I finally received the product, only to find it was completely counterfeit. I emailed them to request a refund, but no one responded. After some research, I found the company to be RAC DIGITAL BUSINESS LTD and Director ALVES CARDOSO, Rafael.
