DO NOT ORDER! My formula has been stuck at FedEx due to a clearance delay so I called FedEx and they said they are missing the FDA form from Zen and have tried reaching out to them numerous times with zero response. I paid over $400 for formula and can get it because Zen isn't doing there job and giving necessary documentation. I've tried reaching out to them with no response and just want a refund at this point as it seems this is a continuous issue with this company. I have been ordering from another company and never had issues with them but thought I would give Zen a try HUGE mistake!!!!

Zen Organics website is so easy to get through. I was looking for the best formula possible and I love the quiz that can help you narrow down the options. With tariffs in place it took a little longer than expected which isn't their fault however the customer service was helpful in navigating my order.

Easy to order organic German formula to US
Zen had the organic baby formula we needed that is not sold in the US. It was easy to place the order and make a payment. When the order was running later than expected, about a week, they notified me. It was also easy to write and email and I got a timely response from customer service. Love their free shipping.

Held up in customs for 2 weeks now
I ordered formula for my son and it showed shipped and then I found out it was being held in customs. It has now been held in customs for 2 weeks already with no signs of being released. Requested a refund but was told they want to send replacement and I would still be charged for the replacements at a 30% discount. Why would I want to pay for even more formula after I already spent over 200 dollars. Will not ever go through this company again.

Jovie Stage 1 Goat formula Zen Organic Formula
I recently purchased the Jovie Stage 1 Goat formula from Zen Organic Formula and could not be more pleased. My baby had been experiencing gas issues with another U.S. brand, but since making the switch, his discomfort has significantly improved. I am very happy with this product and highly recommend it.

be aware of Fedex and customs charges
I had a really disappointing experience with this company. My order was delayed at customs for a long time, and even though I reached out to them twice, I never got a reply. On top of that, when the package finally arrived, I received unexpected bills from FedEx and U.S. Customs that I had to pay out of pocket.
It’s frustrating to deal with delays, no communication, and then extra charges that I wasn’t warned about. Definitely not the experience I expected, and I wouldn’t order from them again.
