Bought a plan before, expensive, was looking for claude and gpt models but suddenly they will just close them. So if you want use stable model go for claude.ai or chatgpt.com, never know when will your model get closed.

The models work very reliably, and some of them, like the GPT and GLM models, give such an insane deal. Easy, quick support fixed all my problems and even increased my RPM limit! Its cheap - it works - its stable - yeah, I basically don't even care at this point if it isn't "official provider" or whatever; theres just so much you could do with ZenLLM's models.

Awesome service. Whole family uses it both for work in different fields, study and also for fun stuff like RP.
Besides the low price and great quality (some models are more stable than on OP, lol), there are also cool promos from time to time.
In all this time, there was only one problem. The model we needed was throwing errors and they gave us a refund, even though the problem turnet out to be gloabl from openai -_-

Been a customer 3 months ago, their team said they were giving out unquantized, legit models but they were found out to be fake models, quantized and lobotomized. Got scammed hard, but it is whatever.
Now however - The models are routed from azure, said by the owner. I tested the models and they are legit* Might be.

3 months ago, we had properly announced and displayed models' quant on our website and discord.
Our current models are served as full and serve from official providers ( not sure if providers like Zai are doing quants on their side but allegations are starting to level ).
