    Best wallet and support staff on earth

    Yea the app is very secure and does exactly what it says, anyone with basic knowledge can do whatever they need. BUT the support staff is beyond good. I have pulled the ear or probably every one of them. Never any sarcasm, always willing to help. Very knowledgeable. You can’t find better support then with ZenGo

    So for absolutely every transaction you do (buy, sell, trade, send etc) your obligated to buy MATIC which you CAN’T buy with you funds you have to buy it with external funds which is completely STUPID! All brokers permit you to use your funds for the fees, these scammers DO NOT! Apart from that the least you can buy are 40$ worth of MATIC so this becomes a constant rent. There’s SOOOOO many great brokers out there but this one needs to stay abandoned. They try to respond to peoples realistic reviews with stupid responses and even rude. That tells you how un professional these people are! And the positive reviews i guarantee are bots or them making fake accounts because this app is A SCAM!

    Just did everything they responded and nothing is as they say AGAIN.
    NO you cannot buy MATIC with your funds you need to buy with apple pay, credit card or paypal.
    NO you cannot buy less than 35$ worth.
    I have pictures with proof for anyone who wants to verify that apart from SCAMMERS they are LIARS!!!!! Do not believe what they say!!!!

Zengo is a non-custodial wallet, not a broker, meaning we do not control network fees or how blockchain transactions work. When sending tokens on the Polygon network, gas fees must be paid in MATIC, as required by the blockchain itself, not by Zengo.

    Additionally, you can swap your existing funds for MATIC instead of purchasing it externally, and our partners allow buying as low as $5 worth of MATIC—not $40 as you mentioned. If you need guidance on how to proceed, our 24/7 support team is available at help@zengo.com to assist you.

    10/10. Customer service is the best ive ever had in my life, 4min Respond time on my issue and managed to solve it within 5mins by going through some troubleshooting. Cant recommend enough (Ps this is the first issue i have had with zengo for over 2years)

    Crypto Transfers to Bank Account

    I couldn’t figure out for the life of me out to transfer crypto to my bank account but the customer service rep, Jacob, explained how to do it step by step. He even sent a picture of the showing me where I needed to click. I’m so glad I choose Zengo for my crypto exchanges.
