I am new costumer for zengo wallet app
Please let help me for any issues what i don't know. Thank you.

Couldnt get into my account. tried to talk to support. They couldnt help, told me to delete account and consider it a loss and start a new account. Are you kidding me? So they keep all my crypto because they cant recover my account? Use a different wallet. This is too risky to let these people hold your funds

When you put in a message to the support team, it may take a little bit for them to respond, but when they do, they are on your case pretty quick to find out exactly what’s going on. Jacob has been wonderful throughout the day and helped out tremendously and was calm, cool and collective and very helpful.

DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS!!
For 1 when you deposit anything they will do absolutely EVERYTHING to avoid you withdrawing your funds! 2 they start putting all kinds of blocks so when you get past an obstacle they put 20 more in front of you so you can’t withdraw!
So they obligate you to buy matic as part of a commission fee but when you try to deposit matic (they really don’t want matic just want you to keep depositing in their account) they block your transaction. Then they block your account and ask for a “recovery kit” that NEVER accepts because it constantly fails under error messages! It’s been 1 year and no answer or help from them! Apart from support looks like a bunch of 13 year old liberals! I bet these clowns support Minnesota, ny, and chicago mayors! These people should be in jail! Oh and don’t come responding with your cheap excuses i have all the evidence, chats, and videos of everything you people did to scam me!

In chatting with Matias from customer support to help recover my lost wallet, I haven’t gotten a response back in over a week. I was told my wallet was backed up on my Google Drive. My drive shows no signs of a recovery file now or in the past. In chatting to Google Drive support I was asked for some follow up information on the file, to which I checked in with Matias on Zengo support. I haven’t heard from him since Feb 25th. It’s now March 11. I understand my case is complex and requires a deep technical dive, but I feel like the complexity was not given the proper investigation but instead swept under the rug.

I updated my account this morning
have recived the confermation mail that the update is good
now being blocked from buying bit coins even though the bank details are the same as yesterday when I brought Bitcoins
I have been trying to get in touch via the Help line (stuur ons een bericht) but not getting an answer

We were so impressed with our personal account. We also open a business account. We enjoy it very much. The customer service is awesome and the fees are very low, especially in pro and then there’s security available and you have many ways to purchase.

Its extremely confusing for newbies. I have to pay to be able to swap/send/receive. Absolutely the most frustrating complicating bitcoin app ive ever used. I have 50 dollars stuck in there. I finally understand how to get it out. If it would jus automatically take out the fees with the money deposited that would make a world of more sense. But I gotta put an additional deposit for the fees? Stupid Absolutely STUPID
