Needed help & Felipe Helped Me Out
I wanted to transfer my funds in BNB to my bank account. I did encounter some challenges and Felipe guided me through these challenges. He was patient with me and provided screenshots to help me out which was great since I’m a visual learner! In the end I had to swap BNB to BTC and then send it to my wallet since I needed a minimum amount before transferring to my bank account. Every thing worked out well thanks to Felipe! Their customer service is wonderful!!

I'm new to crypto and had some trouble setting up my security on Zengo. Felipe was very helpful coaching a dinosaur through the process.
Banned for reporting bugs
Banned for reporting bugs. Broken UI. And a CEO with a short fuse — and not just in attitude.
I was banned from their support just for reporting issues and refusing to act as their unpaid QA tester. When I asked them to stop spamming me with unwanted notifications, they demanded screenshots and logs. Sorry, but I’m a paying customer — not your employee.
The cherry on top? The CEO himself once replied “tu m’as saoulé” (roughly “you’re annoying me”) when I politely pointed out UX bugs and glitches.
Let’s just say his sense of professionalism is as small as… well, let’s just say his attitude.
The UI/UX is a disaster: full of glitches, crashes, and inconsistent behavior. If their backend is built with the same carelessness, I honestly don’t feel safe entrusting them with my money.
And despite being banned, I still receive spam notifications. So I get the worst of both worlds: no help, and constant harassment.
I’m leaving this review fully expecting them to do what they always do: accuse reviewers of lying or not being real customers.
That’s their signature move instead of taking responsibility.
Avoid this company. They don’t care about users — only about silencing criticism.
