My story is much like everyone else's
My story is much like everyone else's. They don't answer phone or email and the product does not work there is no address to return it for the "30-day no questions asked money back guarantee. I would not have given them one star but the program insisted. I would give them negative stars if anything.
DON'T BUY IT
DON'T BUY IT. DOESN'T WORK. THEY WON'T TAKE IT BACK. THEY WON'T GIVE ME A FULL REFUND. BEEN EMAILING FOR 10 DAYS.
The 5 stars are for Jesse Knox
The 5 stars are for Jesse Knox, not the product!
Why do you alow crime as an advert
Why do you alow crime as an advert. Its the same as robbing someone in the middle of a busy street. Who must now take responsibility to catch the thief? All you say is read the t&c. Aren't you an accomplice in a case?

this product is a joke as our the claims made behind it. I have sent 4 emails wanting to return - no replies. I have called 4-54 times only to have it ring and ring and finally a brief answer - nothing said just the phone being disconnected.

I bought 3 have been trying to set it up & fail each time. I wrote to customer service have yet to hear back from them.
Bulky item , heats up fast. Takes up most of the plug.
I pray I won't have issues returning & receiving a full refund.
I was hoping this was a real product not a scam.
I wish At & t uverse in my area had FIOS.
Shady Company
So to be honest, I never even bought this product. I just read their shpeel about ISPs throttling service, etc, etc,. Link to the story... rb*gy/yugomo (replace the * with a dot since they don't allow links)
Let me start by saying I am a network engineer. I do this kind of stuff for a living. They are simply trying to take advantage of people who have no clue. This device is nothing more than a WiFi range extender. Let me be perfectly clear.... 9/10 times, WiFi is not the ISP's responsibility. The ISP's scope of service ends at the modem (some ISP's scope end at the wall where the modem plugs in).
Without getting too technical, this IS NOT the ISP's fault. If you have a smaller house but are experiencing poor WiFi, get a better router. If you own a larger house, get dedicated wireless access points (WAP) and place them throughout the house. These WiFi range extenders are trash products and when they tell stories like the one I mentioned above, they are simply a shady company.
It didn't work for me
It didn't work for me. I couldn't even get it set up. At least 20 emails back and forth and they telling me to try this, try that. They are a joke. I complained thru PayPal and the last email I got from them today stated to send it back for a refund. But guess what?? They didn't give me the return address to ship it to. I'm beyond frustrated with them. 😡
return policy a scam
I wish to return the Zen booster and their return policy says, "NO questions asked, 100% satisfaction guaranteed". They refuse to accept my return after asking 5 times to return it or give me directions on how to do so. They keep wanting me to keep the item and offer me more discounts. This international business is a scam. DO NOT BUY!
Straight scam
Straight scam. Search for manual or tech support number or email. Doesn't exist. Product will create 2nd wifi network if placed within range of your existing network. Only 2.4GHz range, very low bandwidth. In theory useful if you have an outlet in your house where there is great wifi reception really really close to a dead zone. Then in that dead zone you could log onto this separate wifi network instead. And get like 10% of your signal. Straight trash. The tech magazines that reviewed this garbage were obviously bribed. Bought 3, only got one to 'work,' the other two setup failed and it can only be attempted once, those two became bricks after 5 min. I have nowhere to put a booster that gets signal where any deadzones in my house can see this tiny repeater.
They lied to me to get my money..
I bought the Zen booster about a couple of weeks ago and I was on the impression by what they said on the page I read when it comes to answering questions and they specifically saying that it would work for my Hotspot and as soon as I got it, the small instructions that came with it, said nothing about how to set it up to work with my Hotspot. After trying to make it work, I could not, so I emailed them and they have not returned my message. If your wanting to buy it for it to work with a Hotspot, dont do it. Its not worth it. My impression is they say anything to get your money, so don't believe what u read on their page, whether it is on Facebook or IG.
Totally False claims. Not worth trying.
I bought the product about one month ago. It arrived on time. Pretty easy to set up. After testing for WiFi speed, I discovered that the speed was about 30 mbps, my own router speed was at 100 mbps. So it didn't combine bands and boost speed as claimed. I contacted the support department for return/refund. They gave me some suggestions but not very helpful. At the end, they told me that their product didn't work on 5GHz, works only on 2. 4GHz. Asked me to turn off 5GHz. I did, now both extender and router gave 30 mbps. I prefer having 5GHz at 100 mbps. So I asked to give me the returning address. So far, I haven't got the returning address yet.
I update the status after one month. They won't accept return/refund. They use many tactics to make you keep the units. They will offer you partial refund and if you agree, you will end up keeping the junkies but no refund at all. I changed two stars to one star after contacted their costumer service. Stay away, I warn you!
Abysmal Customer Service
I have no idea if this product is any good as mine was mailed to the wrong address by the parcel company driver. The problems that followed trying to remedy that and/or get a refund have been horrendous.
I must have emailed Zen Booster Support four or five times with no result except on the last occasion they did send me a PayPal statement showing the shipping address which was correct. Remember I said it was delivered to the wrong address - something it seems Zen Booster can't comprehend.
I also got emails from their Support which I was copied into revealing other customers' details.
On top of all that, I also emailed the parcel company and guess what? No reply!!
In addition I used the contact form on the Zen Booster website ... again NO REPLY!!!
I want a refund for an item I have paid for and never received, and I want it NOW!
