I got unsolicited SMSes from them for a request I didn't make
I was contacted by fintara.org via the number 80971, claiming that they'd received my request, and that it had been improved. I received an SMS on the 8th, 9th and, when I asked what request I'd made, I got the same basic answer on the 10th.
I'm not a landlord or apartment manager, and I made no request, so this definitely looks like phishing to me.
