The pink suit I ordered was 3 piece, it's dopatta is very thin and looks like the suit will only last one season. Please improve quality. 3000 rupees is not a small amount for a 3 piece suit.

First of all, this suit’s color is not pure black; it already looks faded. There are also stitching leftovers on the sides of the shirt. Moreover, I compared the width of the shirt and trousers with one of your own articles, and this one is 4–5 inches shorter.
This was the most disappointing experience with Zellbury. Kindly always make sure to check the quality before selling an article.
I placed an order with zellbury on April 4 and paid successfully via QR code, but the order was never confirmed. My bank verified that the payment was received by the company, yet I neither received the order nor a refund.
For nearly 2 months, I have been repeatedly contacting their support team. Every time, they say my complaint has been “highlighted” and that someone will contact me soon, but nobody ever does. I have to keep following up myself again and again.
Very disappointing customer service and poor handling of customer payments. Be careful when making online payments here.

Edit: Got the refund on 04 June 2026, thank you. Still, an experience bad enough to think many times before purchasing anything from here.
No refunds, just website voucher (that too is probably less than what the customer paid for products). Pathetic customer service. Delayed deliveries (waited 10+ days for a delivery, complained, they just updated the status on website as the courier tracking still says nothing about items in transit, its 15+ days now)

It’s such a disappointment. I’ve always purchased clothes from Zellbury and never faced anything like this before, but this time it has gone beyond limits. It’s been almost a month and I still haven’t received my order. When I call Zellbury, they tell me to contact the delivery company, and when I contact the delivery company, they tell me to speak to Zellbury.
The responsibility lies with the brand to ensure that the customer receives their parcel on time and to properly address why it still hasn’t been delivered. But here, no one seems willing to take responsibility, which is honestly shameful.
What was the point of ordering a month in advance if the parcel is going to arrive just one or two days before Eid? Those dresses will be completely useless for me by then. I would have cancelled the order right now if I hadn’t already paid in advance.

Do not trust Zellbury with your money. I ordered on March 21st, and they cancelled my order due to a quality issue without even informing me. If I hadn't called them myself, I never would have known.
I chose a refund over a voucher, and they promised a 21-day timeline. It has now been over two months (May 22nd), and my money is still missing. Despite calling them every day and sending emails, their customer support provides zero concrete answers. They are holding my funds illegally at this point. Highly unprofessional, please avoid them!

I contacted customer service multiple times, but they were not helpful and didn’t seem concerned about resolving the issue. Delivery is extremely delayed and the customer support experience has been poor. Not reliable if you need your order on time. I’m very unhappy with the service and would hesitate to order from Zellbury again.
Firstly, they send me wrong size dress but when I filed a complaint, they returned the dress but they didn't give me a refund and are saying to wait for updates for 1 week.

Very disappointing experience with Zellbury. My order #Z1966421 was confirmed but never dispatched on time despite their “same-day dispatch” claim. After days of no updates, customer service said it was cancelled, while the website still shows it as active.
They issue vouchers instead of refunding money to the original payment method, and even those take weeks. My order got cancelled twice, and again they’re offering a voucher, which I don’t want.
Overall: misleading commitments, poor communication, and unfair refund practices. Not recommended.

I have order 4 suits for Eid on 5th of March delivery date they gave me 12th March now one day more to Eid and still not arrived my parcel. I phoned then 6 times and they say we will deliver before Eid I think they will deliver before Eid in 2027. Shit custom service

I ordered 6 items from zellbury on 26th Feb for Eid and paid online in advance. Unfortunately, the items were delivered one by one on a weekly basis, and now I hv been informed that the remaining 4 items will be delivered on 25th March, while Eid is on 21st March. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering for Eid. Even worse, they have not responded to my emails. Very disappointing service and poor customer support.
