Sham company
Sham company, do not use!
I placed an order for a wig in August 2022 and was provided a September delivery date which came and went. Every time I checked my order status online the estimated delivery date had been moved forward without any communication from the company, this went on for months. My emails went unanswered as they bounced back and when I did finally get hold of someone on Instagram they agreed to cancel my order and provide a full refund which months later I still haven’t had.
I’ve had numerous excuses and referrals to the ‘finance department’ and their latest offering is their system can’t provide a refund so would I like a replacement wig.
Funnily enough I want the refund I’m legally entitled to.
Absolutely disgraceful way to treat someone who has lost their hair due to chemotherapy from failing to provide the goods in the first place meaning I was left bald and minus my wig to now failing to refund the cost.

Amazing quality and very nice customer service
I have already ordered a wig almost two years ago to help me with alopecia. As I needed a new one because I wore the last one daily (and it lasted more than 1,5 year !), I ordered a real-hair-wig on March 11th and received it nearly two months after. The quality is amazing, as the color and the style. It perfectly suits me. The customer service is very nice, polite and reagent. Thanks again ! 😊

Amazing quality
Super fast delivery! Came within 2 days of ordering, hair was in immaculate condition and the length and colour was insane😍my first ever synthetic wig and by far my favourite wig I own. Will be ordering again very soon!

Awful experience
Awful experience. Ordered 2 wigs in February and it took them two months to ship only 1 out. The one I received looks nothing like what I ordered. I ordered a long ash blonde and a medium length brown with blonde highlights. Got a frizzy yellow wig.

Terrible customer service - refund not given back despite confirming I would get it
Ordered a wig which the hair was falling out/tangled. Returned and got confirmation from the company themselves and Royal Mail they received it. I have been waiting on my refund which i was told I would get the 3rd of April, I still haven’t got it and the company are now ignoring my emails.
Currently trying to dispute it with Klarna to see if they can help me get my money back

Ordered a wig that I didn’t like and returned it and have been waiting over a month for a refund. Have opened a case with my credit card company as this is ridiculous. I ordered the item on the 5th of February and still without a refund…

Would not recommend buying from here
Bought a wig in the middle of January and got in contact with them because it didn’t suit me. They were very polite and said I could return the wig as long as there was not anything wrong with it. Couple weeks later they asked for my bank details to refund the money and still now waiting for a refund, also said it could take 10 working days. I have tried to contact them again but now are ignoring my messages.

3 months and still not received the wig. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I have been In Contact with customer services by email on numerous occasions and keep getting a different expected delivery date. I have now requested a full refund. I have not yet had a response to my last request. I will be seeking legal advice as this company is a complete scam
[Order #34530] (December 18, 2022)
Please can you arrange full refund asap as paid nearly £800

As of now I am giving this 1 star as I have not yet received my order which was placed on January 9th. Dispatch date on email said January 11th it is now March 13th and nothing just the same response saying to allow 8 working days for delivery.
If I do receive the hair this week and it’s spectacular all will be forgiven at this point. Will update in a week as I will be putting in for a refund by next week if I do not receive my order.

I've ordered 3 wigs
I've ordered 3 wigs, they are all amazing as always!
Had some problems with the postal office in Luxembourg and as soon as I asked for the zeelle team to help me they did. Never had a problem with them not helping me or answering me.
Ready to Ship Wigs
Purchased the POWER wig in 18 inches, medium cap, from their ready to ship section. States ALL OVER their website the wigs are handmade in the UK and they are ready to wear. Couldn’t be further from the truth. I received a wig shipped from America and from a site called thepreetee.com.
On average you would be spending about £250 from this site for that length.
The wig arrived with various issues: small cap, lace didn’t seem to be HD, length wasn’t 18inches, visible knots and orange roots. Was definitely not “ready to wear”.
I contacted them straight away and was told they did an instagram post to say ready to ship wigs were sent from elsewhere but that is not stated on their website which is where I ordered the wig from?
They said they could issue a medium cap wig and customise the wig for an additional £80 but again this goes against how the wigs are advertised. No where does it state that in order for the wig to be ‘ready to wear’ you have to pay an additional fee.
I requested a refund which was agreed upon and sent the wig straight back to them which was received on 10th January 2023. Was told a refund would be 3-4 weeks.
Contacted them later on to confirm they had the wig to which they confirmed it was received and my return was processed on 12th January 2023 and it would take 14 working days to receive the funds back. Contacted them on the 14th working day and was then told it takes 3-4 weeks again.
The 4 weeks is up and I still don’t have my money back! Luckily for me I had purchased it off my credit card so I’m able to make a claim from them due to the incompetence of zee.elle.
Advice for anyone looking to buy from, don’t. They are clearly advertising products that are not made by them, they are the middle man and making a huge mark up on these wigs whilst the consumers are paying these higher prices when they could go directly to the source and save themselves a huge amount of money.
Should be reported to trading standards.

Love my wig
Love my wig
I am absolutely in love . It took a bit of time to get to me but it does not look like a wig!!!! the hairline is AMAZING. Their HD lace blends blendssssssss! Not sure why they have such bad reviews, I am happy with my purchase and will recommend to everyone.

I received the wrong wig
I received the wrong wig, but they have now responded to me and are allowing me to return to exchange for the one I actually ordered.
Amazing quality, so realistic!
I ordered two wigs from Zee.Elle late last year (2022). I was anxious at first after not having ordered a wig in 12 years. But was elated when I received the wigs. I got the golden bloc (real hair) and the auburn statement waves (synthetic), both are extremely good quality and so comfortable!

My order is constantly pushed back
My order is constantly pushed back, everyone lies about the delivery time. I want my money back but I don't get a response from them. Judging by the reviews and judging by my situation, these are pure scammers.

Not worth the money for the service. Made an order 19/11/22 - Ignored for a week, now responded but they want over £100 out of my refund despite breaching consumer rights and false advertising
Made an order 19/11/22 - estimated dispatch time - 2/12/22. Waited until the 2nd of Dec and decided to check the order, been moved to 19/12/22. Sent an email, message on instagram only to be left on “seen” and they’ve just uploaded to Instagram and posted to the story. Just checked again and its estimated dispatch time is 20/12/22, sent another message on Instagram. £420 is a lot of money to spend to be ignored. Obviously getting more orders that you can’t keep up with and uploading selfies to Instagram showing wigs you can be bothered to make for yourself is more important that dealing with the customers you already have. I just either want my overpriced expensive wig or my money back. Why is that so hard?
**Update** 9/12/2022
Got a response - they said it take 4-6 weeks to make the wig and if I want to cancel the order they’ll take 25% which is expressed in the returns policy. I expressed that they should say 4-6 weeks on the estimated dispatch time in the first place so people can at least plan around delivery. Will keep updating, we’ll see what it’s like when it arrives.
*13/12/2022 Shipment date changed again. If you make an order mid November don’t expect to receive it by new year.
* 18/12/2022 Lead time says on the wig 10 days as a Zeeelle guarantee apparently. Then when I complain they say they have a different policy that they seem to only have in the small print after 4 clicks on the bottom of their website. Not next to the product which states 10 days. I’ve requested a refund for the 3rd time, this time in full. Don’t understand why you want 25% when you quite clearly haven’t begun making my wig. Obviously how they make money. Wouldn’t really care if it was £100 but this is literally half a grand given to a company that can’t deal with their orders. Shipment date now moved to 30/12/2022 - why would I want a wig AFTER Xmas and new year?

I have been waiting from 29/9/2022 for a wig now it been lost and zeeelle is being redundant about my refund I have constantly messaging on instagram and via laybuy I have now been in contact with my solicitor and the financial ombudsman about this company and extremely poor customer service I would highly recommend that no one uses zeeelle as you will get ripped off this company should be ashamed of themselves for how they treat customers there a complete disgrace

Highly recommend you not buy from this company. I’ve waited 3 months for my wig and still no wig. I went to “ Track my Order” on their website and the date for expected dispatch keeps changing. I’ve tried emailing them about this problem and they stopped answering me. I tried Dming them on Instagram and they stopped answering on there as well. I’m now out $600 and couldn’t be more upset.

Really disappointed
I’ve ordered some hair from this company before especially the synthetics and it been okay.
I decided to order a human hair wig for my birthday and order was placed 5th August needed for the 30th using payl8ter. First instalment payment was taken and second is due on the 5th September and am yet to receive the hair. Each time I check the order online the dispatch date is always pushed forward and now I won’t be expecting the hair until the 19th of September and this is just an estimate. The expected delivery time says 3-5 working days when order was placed.
I’ve sent a message just a week before my birthday asking when to expect the hair and I was told it unlikely I will receive the hair before my birthday as human hair orders takes between 4-6 weeks which is very bad considering the fact that this is a UK based seller.
Honestly, it would have been better using AliExpress. This is probably the last time I will be making any order from this website. So sad

Would give 0 stars to this company if I could. Customer service is very poor! Ignore messages and don’t reply till weeks later after you send hundreds of messages! Ordered with Laybuy they took 70 pound for first payment then had emails telling me there is a problem and to re order after them taking money! For them to tell me refund takes 7-14 days it’s been 5 weeks still no refund?? And they are still trying to charge me for a item I cancelled and asked for refund! Still waiting ….
