I’ve never had such a bad experience in my life! I suffer with alopecia due to a rare blood disease. I’ve been through a hell of of lot with my health, so buying wigs is always a very sensitive need. I purchased what I believed to be a light auburn wig in a custom size. I’d asked prior about how to ask for a custom size before purchasing.

When I received (it was also delayed by about 3 weeks, I’d been given the wrong information and dates upon purchasing) the wig it was bright orange, and upon trying to install I found it was too big. They had ignored my cap size request.

I could get over the colour as I knew that could be fixed, I stupidly had cut the lace as I couldn’t tell if fit without doing so. That was the wrong decision.

I said I wasn’t happy about the colour and I’d received the incorrect size. Initially they were happy to help. They never asked about the lace until I said I wanted a partial refund. As soon as they found out I’d cut the lace they wanted nothing to do with me.

I’d expressed how this was there mess up and how much stress it had caused me. They didn’t care one bit and put all the blame on me.

They did however offer me £20 in store credit. But as you can imagine I won’t be shopping with them ever again.

Now I’ve wasted £350+ and I can’t wear the wig. Money thrown away. Thanks Zeellee great ethics 👍

Please do not spend you money with them. They are just a ‘fashion wig’ company.

As per our refund policy, item MUST be unused for a refund or an exchange to be processed. This is same with any other online store. Especially as it is a hygiene item.

Great wig, I loved it!

I am having chemotherapy and this is my first wig. Good quality, looks realistic, I received a lot of compliments. Definitely made me feel prettier and confident. I can't wait to show to my boyfriend!

Just delivery can be an issue with DHL

Ordered a ready to ship wig. It has however arrived with product in the hair but I think this is due to it being styled and then taken out of style but not been washed and have left lines from the product, however I can wash the wig myself with no issue. The wig itself is perfect and my usual colour etc as in the picture the blonde highlights looked blonder however have turned up just as expected. Having had alopecia for 27yrs and my first real hair wig when I was 21 styles and realism have fairly came on. I had issues with delivery however the girls were really good at helping and sorting the issue with DHL. Would defo order again but will not be until after the new year now. Thanks again for all your help with the issues.

I am absolutely in love with my Head…

I am absolutely in love with my Head Turner Brunette Wavy lace wig. The wig itself arrives beautifully styled already and I love how full and thick the hair looks. I am always worried about whether the wig will feel safe and secure in place and this ticks all the boxes. It looks so natural in place and you cannot tell at all that it is a wig. I have had so many compliments when wearing it and it gives me a completely different look without needing to change my own hair and potentially damage it. You also don't need to worry about it shedding as it just doesn't! Totally in love with this wig and would highly recommend 10/10!

Sulphate Free Revolution

So I used ZeeElles sulphate free shampoo and conditioner... one word... revolutionary. Great fragrance. The conditioner actually works on my relaxed afro hair in the recommended 2mins. I had that salon washed feeling after my first use. Get yourself these products, you need them!

Received a beautiful wig. I wasn’t sure what to expect. I absolutely LOVE the wig! Looks so natural, it’s incredibly comfortable and feels very secure. I love it! Definitely would order more! ❤️

Amazing hair products

I ordered the Gimme clarity shampoo & Gimme moisture & I absolutely love them.
They both smell amazing & you only need a small amount of each to work well in your hair. The shampoo lathers well & it only needed one wash & the conditioner felt great & my hair combed through lovely. After drying it felt light & had a great shine.

I adore my new wig as it is so…

Bad products

I ordered a custom
Wig then realised it wasn’t going to be delivered on time
So cancelled it straight away and ordered a ready to ship wig. I was told even though I had done this within minutes I had to pay a 30% cancellation fee which is disgusting considering the order wouldn’t even have gone through by the time I’d cancelled it this was 4 weeks ago I am still waiting for my refund!!!
The wig I did receive was £720 of the worst quality I have seen shedding lace to cap threads showing colour transition not good at all I would of sent it back had i not been desperate as I was going on holiday and needed something to cover my hair loss I will not use this company again !!!

The wig that I got was really nice

The wig that i got was really nice, the style and colours made it look very natural. It also meant that it could be styled. I wore it out and no one knew that it wasn't my hair. The skin coloured edge meant that it faded really well in to my makeup and it sat really comfortably and tightly to my head so there was no fear of it moving. A really nice wig and well fitting.

These people are real scum bags

These people are real scum bags. First the items don't look anything like what they show. They're just cheap plastic shake and go wigs.

Then when you return the product they will make out its lost in the "warehouse" but when you look up the return address is a residential address, just a normal house.

Avoid them at all costs.

Exchange

I ordered a custom sized wig which was too big when it arrived. Zee.elle we’re quick to respond and offered an exchange for a new wig, in a new colour too! Exchange with their customer service team we’re quick and polite.
I’m excited for my new wig to arrive!
UPDATE: Wigs arrived and it’s INSANE, the quality of the hair is the best I’ve actually ever had. Cap size is a bit big but that’s nothing a bit if stitching couldn’t sort! Alopecia never looked so good!

Super good experience

I recently got to try my first Zeeelle wig and it’s so so so beautiful. I’ve only ever worn synthetic wigs so I can’t elaborate much on the difference from a human hair wig but everyone that saw me in it concurred it absolutely looked like real hear; the only giveaway was the fact that I have very short hair and I obviously didn’t grow a full head overnight hahaha

As for the customer service and delivery aspect, it was a bit rocky but not for anything that was the company’s fault. For context, I purchased from the US and sent the wig to a PO Box I use, but USPS lost the package even though they said they had delivered it, and when it came down to it I just never received my wig. However, upon contacting Zeeelle, they were fast in answering and even went as far as to offering to send a second wig, which is how I got the one I have now. At first I was bummed they didn’t offer a refund, but now I’m so happy I actually got the wig. They were very gracious and fast to answer my inquiries whenever I reached out

The packaging is also lovely, mine came with a few wig caps as gifts, which was super nice of them. And even though I wish my first experience wasn’t super smooth, it’s really nothing I can fault Zeeelle for. I’ve already placed a second order and everything seems to be moving smoothly this time, and I’m sure I’ll love the second wig just as much as the one I just tried

Absolutely worth the money, the hype and everything!!! Get them asap

Ignore the other reviews!! Never had a bad wig from zee.elle in the 2-3yrs I’ve been using them

Ignore the other reviews, especially the one below who decided to cancel her order and then give zero stars

I have had my wig for 11 days now an it still looks and feels stunning

I wore it every day on holiday, I swam in the sea and in the pool, an the wig stayed on perfectly and after a wash and good condition felt just as amazing as before

11 days in and not one ounce of shedding in sight

If you want a review you can trust, take it from someone like myself who has no real hair and has to wear these wigs daily just to have some hair. Zee.Elle’s wigs are that amazingly made that no one can even tell that it isn’t my real hair!

I have used zee.Elle for around 2-3 years now and have NEVER had one bad unit yet!

The team at zee.Elle have always been super helpful and always respond in a day or so!

Again if you want a realistic review that you can trust then always look for the reviews of people with no hair of our own! As we have to be very selective where we purchase from, because we want our wigs to look as realistic as possible so that people don’t stare at us or ask us if we’re wearing a wig!

Outstanding customer service and quality products

Can not fault zee.elle
The customer service from before making the purchase to having the purchase shipped today has been exceptional.

I made the purchase less than a fortnight ago and made zee.Elle aware that I had a medical condition for complete hair loss and that I needed a replacement asap due to an upcoming holiday

Zee.elle have gone above and beyond to make sure my purchase from the ready to ship collection was shipped to arrive with plenty of time to spare

This is not my first purchase from this company, over the last 3 years I think I’ve had 6 in total from zee.elle all immaculate in condition, invisible hairlines, extremely realistic and amazing in quality.

I honestly can not recommend this company any higher! They really are fantastic

If I could give zero stars I would,,

If I could give zero stars I would,,, placed an order on November 17 2023 and waited months on delivery only to receive a terrible looking and awful colour wig,,, was replaced as they refused to refund which took several more months to receive when it came the colour was better but the quantity was terrible all it did was Matt! After 10mins for wear it looks absolutely ridiculous. Sent it back and they sent another replacement which I received today (months later) only for the wig to have a massive bald bit at the front of the wig which is totally unacceptable and the length is about 6ins too short.. I don’t know who checks these items before they go out but this is shocking ,,, I will never use this company again, I have asked for a refund as this is just awful never would I have bought this product if I had known the quality of the units and they refuse,,,, I also will never trust a product review from Instagram,,, thought I was safe because it was a local girl doing the review,,, very disappointing

Edit,,, I never had or wore the wig for months and had I have ruined the wig I would never have expected any exchange. It took nearly 3weeks for the replacement one that was matting to be agreed to sent back due to them being closed and slow response time. I never said I hadn’t worn it, I said I had fitted the wig but the after an hour of wear it matted and needed brushed 5/6 times and the hair was just snapping off! Now your saying that I ruined it with poor after care,, wow
Original order 17th November received 6th January and sent straight back due to being so dark in colour.
Reissued received 18th March and straight away message them about the quality of visible seems on the unit was reassured this was normal so fitted the unit brushed it and styled into the parting that I liked, after an hour of wear the matting was crazy so contacted them and said I wasn’t happy something was wrong I sent back the said they would fix which I was fine about then waited for weeks when I messaged they said a replacement was sent waited more weeks only to have a unit that’s too short and has a bald bit at the front hair line land at my door!
I might be fussy but when you order a £1000 wig you expect some sort of quality check before it goes out,,
never once did they offer to sort my issues I had to plead my case on both times and refused to settle for a product that was sub par!!!
NEVER AGAIN lesson learnt!

Read before. let down again. So unsatisfactory.

* may I state it’s already been returned and delivered but I want my full refund” I’d read this before purchasing so you don’t end up on the same out of pocket as me.
I was super excited the first time I tried zeeelle, however due to issues and wrong colour and hair I ended up with a binable wig and only part refund.

I decided to try zeeelle again, but I’m regretting it because I purchased “AMINI” but soon as it was despatched it was taken off site which I did find weird. However I screen recorded the original listing. Now
They state in their policy it says you can’t return human hair, even if they’ve sent you a faulty wig. But I couldn’t find anything in the policy about that, I’d understand if I bought a custom wig and just didn’t like it then yes no refund but it wasn’t like that. The wig was wrong. So I’d take that into consideration and even if it’s their fault you lose money, I was eventually offered a replacement wig, however at this point I just wanted to return for a refund but they were sure I’m not allowed one. I explain and a lovely member on TikTok page tried their best to help me but the manager wasn’t helpful enough, and that they have now agreed to take it back for a refund but they will take 30% fee off my money due to restock cost, how is that fair? When the cap was threading? The hair wasn’t correct and there was left over bleach from knots being bleached and also bald patch in the lace and it looked nothing like what was advertised, However they were admit that it’s not their fault and I can either only have a replacement or return but have to lose 30% of my money. Which is why I’m suggesting anyone who purchases to take deep look into it and think it through. They stated they don’t do refunds on human hair, but if an item comes opposite and with faults you would think a business would want to ensure you are aided as quick as possible.

Issues with the £1000 wig which on sale I got for 799………..

Wig was uneven on both sides one side was super bushy Almost looks like a nest.

“ zeeelle signature hairline” wasn’t at all anything like my previous wig, it was messy and a large baldy patch.

Cap measurements don’t work out. I gave the correct sizing but they don’t ask the sizing of front ear to ear like from the back of your head, so the wig cap just didn’t fit even.

Bleach from previous styling bleaching,

So many split ends/ really frail hair with some fall out.

& the wig just doesn’t look anything like the photo. It in fact was close to a human hair wig shein sell for like £100.

I tried that’d to fix this with them and gave so many chances but sadly the best they can do for their fault is either make me a whole new wig ( which by now I don’t trust zeeelle) so a refund but I’m losing 30% of the £550 I’ve currently paid. Upset, furious, sad. I had high hopes for this time. Baring in mind I’m paying the return also for it which tracked and signed for costs so much. I’ve filmed myself packing it and showing the wig and its issue before shipping so I’m secured. So sad! Only positive from this company was the lovely girl on TikTok customer service. I really didn’t want to leave a review. I just wanted to return for refund. But as the outcome is the way it is. I believe it’s right for people to be aware.
