I LOVE my Zede bag. LOVE it. I don’t know why people are complaining. It is large, roomy, stylish, durable and really practicable while still managing to look fab…

They use cheap poly bag for shipping, instead of a nice box, which does not feel luxurious. The quality of the bags is ok, but not perfect. There are definitely minor imperfections. If you want to make a return, it is not as easy as it seems. First, you have to pay return shipping separately, before they send you a return label. They somehow just can't get the refund amount right, if you purchased more than one bags. Taking a lot of back-and-forth with customer service and still not getting the right amount back. Very frustrating!

Horrible bags and horrible company. The bags are ugly and don't hang right, and I bought 4 of them. The site could not recognize my order numbers so I emailed them. They hassled me about returning the items.! wrote again. They sent me a link to a French version of their return site. I submitted my requests for the two orders (one for the large camel bag order; one for the large black plus a blue and kaki bag order). They required that i upload photos of the items. I sent them the photos off their own site and the would not accept them. What kind of business is this! Not one I'll ever order from again. My complaints are not going to stop here.

Leather bags are ruined when one drop of water gets on them - and I’ve been searching for something edgy and stylish that’s weather friendly….ZEDE made my dreams come true!! I bought two bags and they’re OUTSTANDING!!! I’ll be back for MORE!! Only negative was - it took way too long for the bags to arrive - but omg the wait was worth it!!!

Bought the normal sized Pont Des Arts. Very pleased with the bag but one of the clips on the shoulder strap is very stiff to open (I have to use 2 hands). Customer Services were initially helpful but then told me to get some ‘WD40 or equivalent’ and if that didn’t work to call them back. I asked them for a replacement strap and then silence. I’ve now emailed them twice with no reply. Given my experience I would avoid this company.

Was skeptical at first due to being mislead on other social media.
Read a lot of the reviews.
Really looked into the materials.
Finally decided to give one a try.
I ordered the small based on another bag size I love using.
It was hard to choose a color with so many options, a good thing though!
Finally decided & I'm very pleased this bag.
It's organization fits for me & I love my color choice!

Recently received the Zede Paris medium bag in blue grey. I love how well made the bag is. It is sturdy and expands a lot to fit whatever you want to carry (laptop, tab, novel, lunch box, water bottle, coffee flask, wallet, sunglasses, sketchbook and art kit). The material used outside and inside, the stitching, the zip and zipper, the handles, the buckle, the button, the partition inside the bag, everything is extremely well made. More than worth the price. I plan to use this as my work bag. I know I will be using this for years to come!

Can be overstuffed easily(lol) and still not heavy!
I traveled for two weeks, 7 flights, 4 cities.
2 complete changes of clothes, makeup, medications,paperbacks, extra tees, 2 boxes of cookies, sweater, and other miscellany.
Always looked proved with this one bag.

They’ve taken my money but I haven’t received my bag. They won’t answer my emails or instsgramessages.

Whilst I'm very happy with the bag, it's well made and good quality, I'm disappointed that the product is actually made in China. With the plugging of all things French I foolishly expected it to be French made. So nice bag with misleading credentials. I wish I'd gone with my other choice which was UK made.
