Update: I was contacted by the company and the situation was completely rectified. So I have switched my 1 star to 5.
I ordered a Pont-des-Arts medium bag in the color brick. It was delivered to the US where I live. I used it for the first time 2.5 weeks after it arrived (Unaware of their 2 week return policy.) I was on vacation in Paris and so excited to have my new French bag! It transferred a pink color all over my tan pants and ruined them. I contacted Zede online and spoke to their bot who told me the team would contact me. No contact. So I went to the actual physical store in Paris and asked for their help. A refund, exchange anything that would mean I wasn’t out $125. They told me that since it was past two weeks (it was 3.5 when I contacted the bot) they wouldn’t do anything for me. Do not order unless you can afford to lose your money if there’s something wrong with your bag!

Great company great products, and customer service
Not only is the product well-made stylish very very easy to open and close so I will actually use it, but they have the absolute best customer service.
I wrote to them asking about different colors and questions I had and they got back to me in a couple days and it really helped me decide which color and also which size to order.
I already have another one on the way!
Seriously, great company great products.

Short of description
The size is great and will help in only carry on for travel. However. I ordered black and the color isn't true. Also there are no leather handles only canvas which isn't the way it is described. Similar bags can be purchased for less at stores.

I paid for a bag and never got it. Customer service only repeats that “a ticket was opened” but nothing happens. No refund, no delivery, no responsibility taken.

The company offers incentive discounts on first purchases. Then will offer discount on another purchase. The bag is well made. The leather is real per label. Heavy duty. Cute. The mini is plenty big for me! I got the petit backpack too. The smaller one. Both beige / khaki colored heavy duty canvas. The grommets and straps are heavy duty too! On the label it says in French to be careful with light colored clothing. If a colored bag rubs against the light color, there could be a color transfer from friction.i was a little disappointed to see it’s made in China, but I get it. Everything is. I’m still happy with this purchase! Its versatile cross body detachable strap makes it have options. Also you can loop the 2 purse strap over your arm as well. And carry that way or under one arm and loop on the shoulder.

Love, love, love the bags. Delivery to Germany was annoying, though, because I could not choose delivery to my home adress. It was delivery to a "pick up" place 45 Minutes away only and I had to go there twice because they could not find it the first time.
