No parcel, no refund.
They are a scam! I ordered a DVD box set, which allegedly went lost in the mail. Was told on October 10th that my refund via Paypal would take three weeks. On November 2 no refund, asked again, was told that the refund would take three weeks more! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE.

I'm so proud of Zavvi. I love all the clothes, and all the designs. The collections are amazing and so beautiful. I'm very happy with my orders and I can't wait to order more items.

Package delivered in wrong address and lost
Package delivered to someone else (not me) and not in my address certainly. Never been able to retrieve that purchase and it was a good 37€ wasted because you simply didn't care.

I found a discount on a pack of clothes…
I found a discount on a pack of clothes thanks to chollometro, but the offer on the web was a bit confusing, instead of adding both products automatically as a pack to get no shipping taxes, you have to buy them separately and then you get the discount, apart from this, the experiencie was good and the product seems good quality

Worst experience I had on the Internet shopping
After spending more than 1000€ in mistery boxes, merchandising and blu-rays, the blurays arribed all and most of the mistery boxes and some merchandising never arrived. After a tough and long chat and emails with the awful customer service a got a partial refund but more than 300€ were never refunded. It was a disaster of orders, very difficult to financially control, because a lot of cancelled orders were previously charged in my account (some of them with items received and Items never received). I got tired of dealing with the customer service.
I will never again order from Zavvi. Very disappointed for the chaos and loss of money. I don't recommend Zavvi at all.
