Consultation is quick but the delivery and support is awful
The consultation was very quick, but the feedback on the delivery is disappointing. I was told it would arrive today, it’s now 3pm and there’s been no update. There’s also no way to track the order; it just says “The broadcast is being prepared”. I emailed but haven’t received any response. Do I really have to spend another day waiting around for this delivery?

The process is simple, but serious. Photos are taken via their app, so they cannot be manipulated. My questions were always answered. Just be aware, it takes 1-3 days for an answer, but that can also happen in a doctor's office. There are at least three ways to receive the prescription and medicine; customer service is lived here at ZAVA. They do refuse prescriptions if it does not fit to your situation. I was supposed to receive my treatment on the 15th of January 2026, the delivery was delayed, I took 2 days off work to wait at home to receive the delivery, it is now 18th January 2026, and I still haven't received my treatment, I have emailed to enquire but no reply

Delivered to a wrong address(person) and poor communication and no refunds 1 month later.
I was supposed to receive my medication in November 19 and I had paid for the delivery as well. However, they confirmed that my medication had been mistakenly delivered to another person and more than one month later I still have to call to follow up. No refunds (60+Euros) or communication yet.

I've already contacted them severally, both through calls and emails(no one responds to the emails). I also filled the formula 3 weeks ago. Nothing is being done and no help is being given.

paid medicine not delivered third time…
I have already had to stop my treatment three times due to problems with your website. My medication was fully paid for, and I uploaded all the required pictures three separate times. Despite this, I received no response and no action was taken. Instead, I received a message claiming you had not heard from me and that, for convenience, you will not send my medication.
I paid for my order, yet it has not been delivered for almost one month, and no solution has been provided. I have tried to contact you multiple times and received no support.
Because of this delay, I am now completing four weeks without my Mounjaro dose, which means I will need to restart my treatment process for the third time. This is not the first time I have faced these issues, and it is causing serious disruption to my health and treatment plan.
