Impossible to buy sneakers, months now that I try to buy 1 pair of sneakers, sold out every size in seconds, why you even put it on the website, just give it to the bots, can't even have the chance to purchase, not ruffles, not check for browser, not check for multiples entry, it's a paradise for reseller with software that can buy multiple pair of a 99.00€ shoes to resell it for 200€, this is getting out of hand, please fix it.
Absolutely horrible service from a useless company
Zalando.it is the most useless and incompetent website I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I order a pair of gloves for my friend as a Christmas present on 13. dec. They don't arrive on time so I contact them. They keep saying they're on their way and ask me for information about the delivery address I already gave them from the start. After almost 1 month of trying to get any useful information out of them, they tell me that the package has been lost in transit and that I'm welcome to order them again??? What in the world is going on in their minds when their mistake is put on the customer? I am never ever buying anything from these incompetent morons again.

If you don’t know how to work with the couriers, and don’t pay them to deliver the orders, then refund the clients IMMEDIATELY, they’re not just there to lend you money!
Ive bought some raybans
Ive bought some raybans, delivery was fast but the item was completely different. IT BLOWS. size was wrong, color was wrong. and now I have no time to return and receive the money back. service sucks
Never refunded in full for an order I returned
I made an order in July, decided to return all the items. Zalando confirmed the items had been received, agreed to refund me in full. Then I noticed that I was only credited a partial refund. When asked for explanations, Zalando admitted that there had been a mistake and promised to send me the rest of the refund promptly. It's late October and I'm yet to see the rest of my money. I have contacted customer service several other times, by email, about this and they did not even reply anymore (I guess no more pretenses eh? Let it be out in the open that your behaviour is predatory).
Zalando.it unreachable
I received a gift bought on Zalando.it and the size were wrong. I booked a pickup to return them (SDA) but they didn't come, twice, I tried to contact Zalando.it but they didn't do anything. After I received a gift card and bought a few t-shirts. I received an alert for the delivery day (Nexive) but the driver faked it was me requesting to postpone the delivery to another day so I waited for nothing. I called but nothing could be done and Zalando.it is now unreachable: no way to write them an email from the website, no messages on FB etc. I'm never going to buy from them until they fix their services.
Two weeks later still hasn’t shipped
Ordered and paid for 100 euro worth of clothing two weeks ago. The order still hasn’t even been shipped. I’ve contacted the help desk twice - but they haven’t done anything to get this moving. I used to like Zalando but this experience has really put me off them.

To be honest, my previous experiences with zalando went just fine. Then, at some point I ordered 3 pairs of shoes, and when they tried to charge my visa one month later (no idea why they waited that long to begin with), the bank didn't authorise the transaction. It wasn't a matter of funds, the bank sent me some explanation (they wanted a two step verification which zalando did not ask for or something) which I sent to Zalando and they just kept replying that I should add money on my debit card (that was really not the problem)... After a while of the same they sent me their bank account details, great, so I tried to wire the money - that didn't work either?! My bank didn't recognise their iban for some reason!!!? (oh come on?). So I wrote back, they never answer my emails and they they keep sending these remade emails asking to get paid (well, I'd love to, but give me an correct ban for one, I mean everyone else manages to get paid from me, it's just them). The amount of time I am loosing on this is ridiculous, this is just nuts.

For starters the prices are not discounted as they claim to be.
Secondly the support isn't the best yet.
The parcels i have ordered so far came in good quality and not damaged.

Surprised about Negative Experiences
I’m surprised there are so many negative reviews!! I don’t want to jinx myself but I’m ordering from Zalando.it new time customer during COVID and honestly have to say I’ve been quite satisfied and surprised how smoothly all my transactions/returns have gone. The only issue was I ordered and item and the next day it was a lot cheaper so I contacted zalando asking if I could just have the credit difference rather than having to go through the reordering and sending back the ‘same more expensive’ one shockingly they told me just to refuse the first order!! I wanted to save the hassle and maybe money (for them— guess they lose a lot in shipping even though their like a multi billion dollar business) in the end I felt bad for refusing the delivery (I think it all could’ve been avoided!) but I got the deal. The only problem, I have to stop buying things now!! 😬

Worst nightmare ever!
I order a pair of shoes while I was on a few weeks working/holiday in Italy.
I received the shoes with some delays one day before my return to the UK, paid cash! I open the parcel to find out that they sent the wrong pair of shoes, I contacted them immediately asking them for an explanation and a full refund.
They didn’t seem bothered, apologise or understand why this mistake was made.
In many years of costumer service experience I have never dealt with such a inefficient, unprofessional and rude team like them.
They just don’t care about the costumer, all they want is your money and if they do a mistake, let’s be sure they will find thousands of excuses not to comply with their responsibility.
I have returned to the UK one day later and now if I want to return the item? I have to pay from my own pocket the parcel expenses because they don’t do international returns.
They costumer service team is so unprepared and rude, I was told “ next time order from the uk rather than Italy” what a racist manner of dealing with a costumer who paid money and have to deal with their mistakes!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, there are better competitors out there and more professional like ASOS, AMAZON & many more.
