Not safe to use this company!

Regular scam, happening to hundreds of people! I sent an order back for £214. They received the parcel back but didn't send any correspondence. After chasing my refund, they refused to help me until I completed a legal document. After literally begging and chasing, zalando then informed me that my refund has been rejected because 'the item wasn't in the parcel' shocked and appalled, I immediately requested more information but they refuse to advise further. 
I have photographic proof I dropped my parcel to evri the parcel shop with the item inside but zalando refuse to refund me and now ignore my emails. Looking at Truspilot and Instagram, this is happening to numerous people worldwide! the issue / scam is far greater than it appears and it’s spreading by the day.

It’s not safe to buy from this company! If you’ve had issues like this, it’s fraud. Please report to Action Fraud, citizens advise, trading standards and share your story on social media

The worst experience in my life. I advise against shopping from this online platform.

The worst experience in my life. My order was delivered to a wrong address, I live in Milan and it was delivered in Sicily after of course I made the payment. I tried to contact some from client service, we started a conversation over chat and then they closed the chat with no warning. Not even that, they canceled my account. I could not log in the account after this. So the money is lost and the order arrived to someone else. Amazing.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. Tried to delete the app after one month but was trapped for a week with a fake invoice sent to me saying I had placed an order and they would not cancel my subscription until I returned the order. I DID NOT place an order! Emails for a week causing stress and huge waste of time. False implications to trap you and make you pay subscription. One big SCAM. Pay attention if you subscribe to their app.

They sold my items that I never received

I bought a series of items, and they got lost on their way. I received the refunding, but I could not buy the items anymore because they already sold my items to other people, wasting about 4 hours of my time reviewing their offers. I will opt for other competitors.

horrible service. can not do anything

horrible! I made the oder. they didn't deliver it at the place where they were supposed ( it was the shop, what I was possible to choose on there web site). eventually they send it back to the stock, without informing me. still didn't return my money back. we called to there call center and them are not able to help. maximum what the can do to sent my money back - when I don't know. and them are not able to send my order again but to other address, however I already paid and I asked them to repeat delivery again because it was not my fault to all of this situation. Wrong size shipped, and nonsensical return process

I ordered a T Shirt (XL) and Zalando shipped me the wrong size (they sent me a S).

To return the item is now taking more than two weeks, with a super lengthy and cumbersome process to track the status of my reimbursement.

We're in 2022, e-commerce is supposed to be seamless. I'll never buy anything again from Zalando, and discourage everyone to do so.

It was ok during my experience as a casual buyer, it wasn't until i decided to make a plus upgrade that things started to go really bad, i had a bad experience with a package that was tried to be delivered to me the next day after the order with like some kind of really cheap "amazon prime" in a rainy day by this poor exploited guy in a bike, so he gave me a "sustainable" paper bag with my products all pouring wet, it was the customer service afterwards that was the worse, i talked with some operators outside of europe and then some others and then transfer me to europe operators that gave me absolute no solution or help me whatsoever, they just want you to pay for the plus service which has absolutely no advantage, just buy as little as you can or not buy at all, there are many better options.

Zalando blocked my refunds for over…

Zalando blocked my refunds for over 300euro because apparently they have an outstanding balance of 28euro on another order. They are in violation with EU policy and e-commerce legislation. I sent them an email regarding the issue. They failed to respond and various accasions. An outstanding balance on one order is no ground to block refunds on ther orders. The issue is on their side as the only payment method available was buy now pay later. For some reason the payment failed and now they claim to have the right to keep over 300euro of refunds for the returned items I've sent. Zalando never refunded my returns on time on previous orders. Their courier service is deplorable. Many orders I placed were returned to the sender without even arriving in the first place. They claim to have rung but nobody was home. That's a total disregard for the customer and his time. I was home and the concierge as well yet nobody ever rings and that's a regular occurrence. The agents over the phone quite often are reluctant to provide simple assistance. Nobody takes any accountability for their mistakes and they even once asked me a copy of my Identification/Passport just to have a refund as they were late on the 14 day refund policy so in order to get the refund sooner I'd have to send them a filled form with a copy of my ID. That's ridiculous. They are late on their own policy and they want documentation from the customer. Farcical! Don't give these big corporations your money, buy directly from the offical websites or other platforms, they have better and faster deliveries and really try hard to help customers.

Order was never delivered (it’s delivered according to Zalando) and been waiting 2+ weeks for a reply from customer service. The service from this company is awful, this is the first time I ever buy something and for sure it will be the last one. One of the worst ever experiences buying online

AWFUL SERVICE

The shopping experience on the web is somewhat ok, but the delivery is really bad: I got the Plus subscription, delivery was supposed to be this evening, they never came and claimed we were not at home (we are since we have covid). Called the call center, they could not tell me anything about the rescheduling of the delivery, only "maybe"'s and imprecise information. What is the Plus sub worth? We don't know when we are going to get the package and who is going to deliver it. AWFUL SERVICE.

Disappointing

Disappointing, shoes not worth the cost. Arrived with no invoice. Shoes are plastic, wrong size just thrown in envelope. How does one know what size, there is no info on the shoes. I am so annoyed I have sent 2 emails which were returned. I want to return these plastic shoes with a full refund. Thankyou.

This company Does not exist

I only gave one star as there was no minus star to give. Shoes are rubbish, Came from China Made in China, Not worth $2.00 could not contact the seller company, Shoes arrived in a padded bag, twisted 8 weeks in the travel, shoved into my letter box, no paperwork. TOTAL SCAM should have set fire to my $50.00 Not sure who is responsible for allowing these ads. Lesson Learnt. In the BIN they go, Perth
