Incomplete Refund and Rude Customer Service - Beware!

I recently had a extremely frustrating experience with Zalando. After returning several items, I noticed that I wasn't refunded the full amount. Had I not checked my refund carefully, I wouldn’t have received it.
When I reached out to customer service to resolve this, the customer service employee with a name sth like “ghajini” (though I couldn't catch it clearly because they abruptly closed the chat), said very rudely that you should thank me or else you wouldn’t have got your refund!? Like excuse me , how come this is acceptable, isn’t it illegal?! Instead of apologizing for the mistake, they acted as if they were doing me a favor by processing the refund only after I complained. Their exact words were something like, "You should thank me that I just sent you your refund," and then they closed the chat without further discussion, and I couldn’t even got a copy of the conversation.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I have fully lost my trust with Zalando. I plan to report this incident to European Consumer Rights because I believe this goes beyond poor customer service!
I strongly advise everyone to check their refunds carefully. It seems that Zalando or their employees are doing this on purpose!

Fraud!

I order a lot of stuff online and most of it is from zalando. Never had any issues until couple of months ago when I returned some items in separate parcels. 1 return contained 4 pairs of shoes and zalando returned me money for 3 pairs only. They claimed the 4th pair wasn’t in the box and there is nothing they can do about it…
A week later same situation had happened, a pair of Levi’s jeans wasn’t refunded to me. Zalando claimed I sent them an empty parcel. So that is already 250€ gone and nothing I can do about it as zalando is blaming the post office.
2 weeks ago I returned two pairs of Birkenstock slippers, each worth 130€ and zalando only gave me a refund for one of them claiming I returned only 1 pair and not 2.
It had happened 3 times in less than 3 months…. I doubt the post office is at fault as zalando likes to claim it… as I never had this type of issue with other companies.
Big fraud! And their customer service doesn’t want to help at all…

AVOID ZALANDO.IT - SCAMMERS

Zalando IT is a scam. They use the Zalando name and logo but have no affiliation with the real company. Items supposedly ship from China, but never arrive. The tracking number falsely indicates delivery. Customer service is unhelpful and claims the parcel was delivered. Avoid zalando.it at all costs. I intend to get a chargeback through my bank.

Fake Zalando profile

Further to my previous review, It seems that the profile Zalando-it is a fake one according to Zalando official response to me. BUT it took the supposedly OFFICIAL ZALANDO site 3 weeks to answer to me with great difficulty for me to communicate with them! I lost 28 euros which I paid for a pair of Athletic shoes and I never received confirmation of my order or the items I paid for. BE CAREFULL EVERYONE

A total scam

A total scam. Everything started when I could not pay with PayPal. Then when i transfered my money, in the receipt it showed 38€, they took 43€, when I asked about this, they said that its because of different currencies, but 38€ is not equal to 43 Singapore dollars. Then, the delivery status seemed legit, because it was going forward, but by the 20 day mark, it showed that the package has arrived in a location in my coutrie, that has no connection to 17track. When contacting them about refund, they dont even aknowledge it and say I have to be patient, but I already contacted my countries local post company, and they have no idea about the package status and it basically doesnt exist. If you have a chance to read this before purchasing - do NOT purchase anything from this website!!!!

AVOID ZALANDO.IT -TOTAL SCAMMERS

One star is too much for Zalando IT. Complete scam artists.I reckon they have nothing to do with the company Zalando & are just using their name & logo.Items ship from China & even though you'll get a tracking number,they'll NEVER arrive.They have the audacity to provide a tracking number,which will tell you after 20 days the parcel was "successfully delivered".Nothing arrives -I know as I was home all day ,the day my order supposedly was delivered successfully.China post dont even deliver in Ireland & yet it's the only carrier used according to my tracking.A farce.I emailed customer service -they had the same reply-"my parcel was delivered".No further details.I emailed again to say it wasn't & they then said they'd investigate.Im still waiting for a reply I urge everyone to avoid zalando.it.They are not affiliated with the real Zalando company and are scammers with no conscience.Would give no stars if possible.I fully intend to get a charge back of the money I paid through my bank,for items they never ever posted to me.Liars,thieves & fraudsters is all they are.AVOID at all costs

Absolute fraud

Absolute fraud. It's the third time I order from Zalando.
1. I returned 5 item, they only refunded 4. When asked about it, they said they were sorry and refunded the missing one.
2. I returned another item to a third party, it was regularly delivered, they didn't refund me the money and said they had no trace of the delivery. When I found the tracking number, again they apologies and returned the money, after a lot of hassle.
3. Point number 1 was repeated again. This time they have the cheeks of saying I didn't return the item in the parcel - so according to them I sent 1 item, and kept the other one to myself while requesting a refund! They are not giving me a refund and it's just their word against mine, nothing else I can do.
This is SISTEMATIC FRAUD - they do it over and over again, and lie about it because they know they will get away with it, as there is absolutely no customer protection. Customer care is useless, keeps repeating the same information over and over. DO NOT ORDER - EVEN IF YOU THINK YOU MIGHT BE LUCKY - YOU WILL NOT, THEY WILL 100% TAKE YOUR MONEY.

All the prices are much more than the…

All the prices are much more than the other sites. They have written some products have a special offer using a code like TOPBRAND15 but even considering the discount they are more expensive than what it is written on the original website or even other websites suggested by Google.
To name some: eyves san lauren perfume, a coat of fiorellarubino, Estee lauder foundation.

Not easy customer care contact - frustrating!

I did my first order order n. 10404169203429 from Zalando yesterday from Zalando.it. Today I wanted to cancel it before the shipping proceeds. Because I don't want to deal with the return. I have checked their website and no easy information on how to get in touch with their customer care service. It almost seems like they don't have any!! And this is very very frustrating.

Account blocked with no explanation

After years of being a loyal customer of Zalando my account was blocked with no explanation, no way to access to verify the status of active orders or ask for the refund for items that I want to send back. I also had activated the Zalando Plus account, and have no way to disactivate it now, seems like a scam to me.

Big Shipping problem - servizio post-vendita

I bought a shoes from them taht is over than 100€ and i didint receive the order more than 20 days, i asked them many times and they are sending me to corriere company, for call the corriere company i have to pay money always becouse it is DHL company.

I lost a lot of money becouse of this order and i lost a lot of time. This company has to take responsible of package delivery like the other companies but they are not taking, that’s mean they don’t follow the EU rules also. As soon as possible we will see each other in european court. I don’t suggest to others for make a an expensive shopping and trust them also

a legalised scam company

a legalised scam company! They work with SDA the worst ever in Italy. Zalando removed all means of customer services (no email no phone number anymore, only FAQ links). SDA did not make attempt of delivery as always and lied as always "no recipient available" and left the parcel at their warehouse which is far away from my house. and it shows on Zalando website my order was 'delivered' (delivered to SDA warehouse basically). there is no way i can get in touch with either company for 3 months so my money is all wasted. let's all not spend any of our money on companies like this inhume companies where they cut all the jobs and let AI do the job which is just terrible.

Be careful of this site

I love love love this app But sadly on two seperate occassions I was cheated. I want to say that it was not their intension but the result is the same, I will have to delete the app beacuse i dont not feel safe making purchases here. 1st i retunred an item and was only refuned for on item when two were in the same box. Today i wrote them saying i didn't recieve an item ( my order had two items) all i got was one in a small package without a retun label, if i could show them the item i recieve they would know I was telling the truth... oh well ! becareful guys!!! I WILL SAY i have ordered loads here with no trouble but lately...
