Shipping information was very thorough and accurate! However, my product arrived completely smashed. I asked if they can provide compensation and was only asked if I'd like 15% off my next order....but why would I order from them again?!
I should have been comped 15% for their failure.

Great company for Japanese goods shipped to the UK

It’s not easy or cheap to source Japanese beauty products in the UK. I hadn’t heard of this company before and there weren’t many reviews, but their prices were excellent so I thought I would give it a try with a small order.
I was slightly concerned when I received an email the day after placing my order, outlining delivery issues for products coming from Japan. However I was wrong to worry and there was really no delay (ordered 1st April, received 8th April).
Ordering and delivery process was seamless, prices are excellent and communication is first class.
I’ll be using this company again.
