I registered on the website, even downloaded their app and it all looked OK, until I topped-up my account and made a call... I called the hospital that usually greets you with an automated message, and this time there was nothing, just a voice... I felt it did not sound as professional as usual, then I tried the other number - the same voice responded! After I tried the 3rd number, again - the same voice! They kept me waiting on the line for 5 minutes for nothing! Finally, they failed the last test: I called my own mobile number and got a stranger answering, while my mobile showed no incoming calls!

You can set up rules for each department which makes the company sound much bigger. Calls go where they should without me touching anything. Once it’s configured you forget about it. It just works quietly in the background. That’s what good tech should do.

I was in a hotel with terrible Wi-Fi and calls still went through somehow. I don’t know how they do it but it’s impressive. The connection stayed clear enough to close a deal. Since then I trust it fully for my work calls. Totally reliable in any situation.

The control panel looks a bit 2010 I won’t lie. But it’s fast and functions well so I can’t complain much. Everything is clearly labeled even advanced options. Performance-wise it’s excellent. I’d rather have a stable service than a pretty one that breaks.

Our marketing team works from three countries and Zadarma makes communication much smoother. We use shared numbers so clients always reach someone. The call forwarding feature is super flexible. Sometimes there’s a half-second lag but it’s really minor. It’s been a game changer for our remote structure.

Outbound calls are cut after aprox 5 min. Each month I call my bank and often wait until human operator takes the phone. Once we approach to a solution they cut the call. It has happened infinite number of times. Most my calls have been cut. Only today I have spent 10 euros and all in vain.
Rate for the EU countries are 0.44€ per minute. Volla offers the same for o.15 €, 60% lower.
SMS messages are often lost. I never know if an international SMS has been delivered or not.

I’ve tried 3 providers before and all had hidden fees somewhere. Zadarma’s pricing is straight and transparent. I always know what I’ll pay at the end of the month. Even international rates are low compared to what I used to pay. Can’t recommend it enough for small business owners

Absolutely disgusting service. For verification they keep ignoring all documents. In the end I sent over everything: from passports to company registration, etc. And still they say the documents are unclear, while they are perfect copies. This is a scam. Stay away from this company!
