I'm using their VoIP numbers for some years now. I was informed like always that my subscription have to be renewed and to top up my account. I did for the next 12 months with the same Paypal account I always used to pay them, but this time I was immediately locked out from my account. The support reported that my payment was suspicious and I have to verify my identity again. I uploaded my passport scan which I used for the initial verification but this time they did not accepted the scan. The support is offline, the account is blocked.
Why do you take my money and block my account??

I understand you clearly with one exception. The transaction was not declined and not reversed. There was no reason for suspending the account. It sems that nobody verified the transaction. Maybe you can explain why I was refunded after my complain, one day later? This is not happening if it was declined.

They charged my card but refused to provide any service. Apparently they make money by collecting your video selfie + passport scan which can be sold and used for identity theft. Scam to be avoided.

We integrated Zadarma with Teams for internal and external calls and it’s smooth. Everyone can answer or transfer calls right from the Teams interface. Setup took maybe 20 minutes tops. There were some minor sync issues the first day but it stabilized quickly. For us it replaced two separate systems so we’re saving money too.
