Again and again bad experience with the…

Again and again bad experience with the taste of being scammed.
I'm using their VoIP numbers for some years now. I was informed like always that my subscription have to be renewed and to top up my account. I did for the next 12 months with the same Paypal account I always used to pay them, but this time I was immediately locked out from my account. The support reported that my payment was suspicious and I have to verify my identity again. I uploaded my passport scan which I used for the initial verification but this time they did not accepted the scan. The support is offline, the account is blocked.
Why do you take my money and block my account??

I understand you clearly with one exception. The transaction was not declined and not reversed. There was no reason for suspending the account. It sems that nobody verified the transaction. Maybe you can explain why I was refunded after my complain, one day later? This is not happening if it was declined.

As previously explained, the account was automatically suspended due to a blocked transaction related to the recent top-up. For security and compliance reasons, our system temporarily restricts accounts when a payment is declined or reversed. This is a standard protective measure designed to prevent potential fraud or unauthorized activity.

Please note that this process is outlined in our User Agreement (Section 2.4), which was accepted during registration.

That said, once the issue was identified, your account was unblocked the same day. Additionally, you were offered the option to complete the payment using an alternative method in order to avoid similar automatic restrictions in the future.

We sincerely regret any frustration this may have caused and remain committed to providing reliable and secure service.

They charged my card but refused to provide any service. Apparently they make money by collecting your video selfie + passport scan which can be sold and used for identity theft. Scam to be avoided.

Good option for small teams

We switched to Zadarma to lower costs and it made sense quickly. Call quality is consistent, even for international calls. The dashboard is simple and not confusing. Took a bit of time to understand all settings, but now it’s smooth. Happy with the choice so far.

Fast number activation

I bought two virtual numbers and they were active in under 10 minutes. Other providers made me wait for hours or needed documents. Here it was just click pay done. Everything linked automatically to my account. It’s that simple which I really appreciate.

Reports and analytics are super helpful

The reporting dashboard gives clear insight into how many calls we handle average duration and missed calls. That really helps me manage team performance. Sometimes the charts take a second to load but the data is reliable. It feels more like a professional call center solution than a basic VoIP. For the price it’s a bargain.

Simple and reliable so far

We’ve been using Zadarma for a few months now and it’s been solid. Setup was easier than expected and calls sound clear most of the time. I like that I can manage everything myself without asking IT. Nothing fancy, but it works and that’s what matters.

You can always submit a refund request through our support ticket system or chat once you are certain you no longer wish to use our services. The full refund has now been processed.

Finally, please remember that we do not provide remote assistance or connect to users’ computers. That is why we provide detailed step-by-step guides with images to make the setup as straightforward as possible.

Excellent voice clarity in group calls

We use conference calls a lot for coordination and the sound is crystal clear. Even when four or five people join it stays sharp. No background noise or drops. That’s honestly better than Zoom or Teams for voice-only meetings. I’m impressed.

Really handy for after-hours calls

Sometimes customers call late and I’ve set it to forward to voicemail after 8 PM. Works perfectly every time. I can then check the message in my email the next morning. It keeps things professional without losing leads. Love that kind of automation.

Multi-device sync is excellent

I can start a call on desktop and finish on my phone seamless. That’s a small thing but it changes everything. No more “call me back I’m leaving my desk” moments. It’s modern and really well-thought-out. The tech behind it feels solid.

Flexible settings for every user

Each of our team members can adjust their own rules call forwarding ring time voicemail. It gives freedom without needing admin approval every time. The dashboard looks a bit technical at first glance but you get used to it quickly. Once you understand how it works it’s actually very logical. We love that level of flexibility.

The mobile app works surprisingly well

I didn’t expect much from the mobile version but it’s fast and reliable. Push notifications for incoming calls arrive instantly even with low signal. The design could be a bit cleaner but functionality-wise it’s top notch. I handle almost all my customer support directly from my phone now. It’s convenient beyond what I expected.

Great pricing for startups

As a small company we can’t afford overpriced phone systems and Zadarma really helped us control costs. We started with one number and expanded as our sales grew. The pricing is transparent no hidden surprises at the end of the month. I only wish the mobile app synced contacts a bit faster but it’s not a deal breaker at all.

Customer service actually listens

When we had an issue with the softphone not connecting I expected the usual “copy-paste” replies… but their support was fast and clear. They didn’t just fix it; they explained what causedit so I wouldn’t make the same mistake again. It’s rare to see that kind of attitude nowadays. Makes our small team feel larger

Works great with Microsoft Teams

We integrated Zadarma with Teams for internal and external calls and it’s smooth. Everyone can answer or transfer calls right from the Teams interface. Setup took maybe 20 minutes tops. There were some minor sync issues the first day but it stabilized quickly. For us it replaced two separate systems so we’re saving money too.

Responsive even on mobile data

I was skeptical using VoIP on 4G but Zadarma works surprisingly well. I can take client calls while outside and people don’t even notice. The voice stays crisp and stable. The app could look more modern but it’s reliable. Function beats design any day.
