I placed an order and realized I ordered the wrong product. I reached out to the email for customer service. I informed Wendy of my error. She asked for the product information I meant to purchase. Wendy corrected my order and had the updated product shipped right out. She is awesome! Great customer service Ywigs!

I have to say this is the fastest shipping I have ever seen. I ordered my hair on Thursday and it was at my door step Monday. I emailed Linn and she was very professional and assured me my hair would be here on time for my event. She was very pleasant to work with. Cant wait to install.

I accidentally ordered 3 bundles of crochet hair instead of 4 and Linn was able to help me fix my order in a timely manner. They were very professional and responsive and I’m so glad they were able to help me get my order correct! Amazing customer service and care.

I had concerns about my order and delivery and was met with a quick solution and response from Vicky.

The shipment just took too long to arrive. I could not open the hair but from outside the package ,it looked ok.

I had a great experience working with Linn. From start to finish, Linn was kind, professional, and genuinely attentive to my needs. Linn solved the issue that I was having with an order that I had not yet received.
What stood out most was the clear communication and the care taken to make sure everything was handled smoothly. Linn was patient, responsive, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.
It’s rare to find someone who is both efficient and truly personable, but Linn delivered both.

I was not informed about any shipping delays. When I followed up a week after placing my order, it was only then processed. I requested to cancel the order, but I was told this could not be done and that I would instead receive a free return shipping label once the hair arrived.

However, after the hair was delivered, I was then told that a free return label could not be provided because I am not based in the US, despite this having previously been promised. I had to pay for the return shipping myself, and I will not receive my refund until the hair is returned.

I was very disappointed by the service. The mistake was made on their side, but instead of honouring what had been offered, I was left to cover the cost.

This will be my third purchase, but I plan on keeping my money moving forward. It is not worth the stress or back and forth with little to no consolation or assistance.

I needed to update and change my order. After sending an email with a request to update my order I receive a quick response within 24 hours and also a confirmation email.

The website is easy to narrivigate and the customer services is amazing. I order some hair that I needed to come in a specific time frame , reached out to them via WhatsApp and receive same day response , and she was transparent about how long the hair would take and offered similar alternatives that could be delivered within my timeframe.

I have never used Ywigs before. My first experience with them has been great! I needed to fix my order, and Ywigs made the changes without a hassle and great customer service! Thank you again!
