Excellent customer service and fast shipping. My first order took weeks to get but this time around I received the hair almost as soon as I finished my order! The representatives were great with setting expectations and processing my order.

Serena was great in helping me to get my order canceled as I accidentally placed it and wasn’t ready. She also offered to help me find the right blend of hair and order next time so that I am satisfied.

Sigh. Okay. So I left a previous review regarding the customer service that I received when my package was misdelivered. They shipped another order with no fuss. However, I have received the package today and I am so disappointed. I ordered 5 bundle of the kinky bulk hair in both the 18 and 20 inch lengths. Each bundle is supposed to be 50g. NOT ONE of my bundles was over 46g, with the smallest coming in at 43. Also, three of the 20 inch bundles were quite short, measuring out to 17.3 inches. Some of the hair in the bundles was quite straight, with no kink at all. I still have a bit of time before my hair appointment but with the way I'm feeling right now, I'm not sure if I was to go through the hassle of returning it. $430 wasted.

Serana made my experience amazing. I mistakenly put in a pick up order and I was supposed to choose for it to be shipped and from the time that I reached out until the time I received my order she was very responsive to emails I sent and corrected my mishap very quickly. Thank you.

I purchased the 14" miracle knots, but when they arrived, I noticed that the length was way too short.
I reached out to customer service and heard back from Serana. They were so helpful in resolving my issue. When I purchased the wrong length and wanted to exchange it, I was worried it would not arrive in time for my appointment that week. Thankfully, they were on top of their emails and responded in the perfect amount of time. They offered me a better price for my trouble and expedited shipping. I'm looking forward to receiving the hair and seeing how my hair turns out.

I made a large purchase by mistake late on Friday night. When I noticed my error I contacted customer service who replied immediately and assured me they would sort the error and I would be refunded. On Thursday less than a week later I received my refund. Very quick and excellent customer services. Will definitely shop with this company in the future.

I must say YG wigs is the best the hair quality is great I’ve been using them for awhile for my hair also I recently ordered hair an the package was stolen an they handled it right away and got me my hair for my hair appt. I would recommend them a buy from them every time. Great hair great customer service.
