I purchased my YuYu bottle a few years ago, it’s been a constant source of comfort to me. I have back pain which is much worse if I get cold. Being able to wear my YuYu bottle ensures the heat reaches the affected area. How did I ever manage without it?

The YUYU hot water bottles are simply the best. I suffer from severe osteoporosis and the help they give me is exceptional.

I bought yuyu bottles for my daughter and mother in law for christmas. My daughter has used hers every night since and also for period pain. My mother in law smelt the rubber smell and rejected it (even though we assured her the smell would fade). However my dad saw my daughters and suggestd my step mum would like one (so she was happy to recieve it). Since then my dad and step brother have requested them for birthdays. They are going viral in this family. The other thing to note is that due to our budget we coudnt justify buying the bottles with covers, so I bought naked ones and made covers out of an old blanket and bedspread. This meant that the cost was similar to cheaper less ethical hot water bottles. Now I just need an excuse to get one for my self. I have IBS and stealing my daughters one has really helped make me more comfortable.

Soft warm and cuddly. Not for just in bed. Great tied around waist when the house is cold, especially now with heating costs rising! Highly recommend yuyu!!

An absolute class product that looks amazing and feels even better! My daughter’s love them, wearing them for work and home!!

My only complaint is that it doesn’t hold the heat as well as my previous, much less expensive hot water bottle did.

The customer service team were exceptional when dealing with a mistake on my part. Great communication and the recipient of the gift loves it! Tempted to buy one for myself now :)

Placed an order on the 30th December but still not received it. I have emailed yuyu several times and still no response 😕 not happy nor would I purchase from this company again if this is their attempt at customer service.
Now 27th January and still no bottle so now waiting for a credit as this purchase has been a fiasco

I bought a YUYU bottle a few years ago, to help with my back pain. It really helps especially at night. I must admit when the bottle wore out, I bought a different make that was cheaper, but it didn't last as long. So I have come back to YUYU for my new bottle. Thank you for introducing me to the long hot water bottle

I have been waiting 3 weeks for my order and have been told it’s been resent but they won’t supply a tracking number?

I thought my bottle had not been sent but it was my fault (i transposed a 9 to an 0) and the customer service was excellent! They were patient and kind, and helped me track down the item. I would certainly deal with them again!
And the bottle looked fantastic.

I love my yuyu bottle. It’s attached to me almost day and night at the moment! I’ve purchased for my best friend, so she always has a warm hug. We took one each when we went camping in October and I’ve just purchased a couple more for presents, as my brother is counting the energy pennies. Thank you yuyu ☺️

Bought a YUYU for a birthday present for a friend. It came in soft packaging rather than the original square strong box, and the packaging was all damaged and bent. I contacted customer support who initially offered a 15% discount on my next purchase, which I was not at all happy with as this meant I would have to give the gift YUYU in damaged packing. They came back to me and said they would send an original box - so all good. YUYU responded promptly which was nice, however, they should not have been sending such an expensive product in cheap packaging. The reason for the change of packaging was that they
had 'run out of boxes' - not great - but my issue was rectified. Would I purchase again. Yes! Clare L.

This hot water was has proved itself to be a godsend when I had a bout of sciatica, I needed painkillers and this bottle against the length of my leg to help manage the pain.

A friend has recently got sciatic pain, I didn’t think twice, have ordered one for her too! Whilst the hot water bottle doesn’t cure sciatica, the pain relief it helps give is much needed for such a horrible condition!

I am eternally grateful that the YUYU had this brainwave and took an everyday item to the next level.

I absolutely love my YuYu bottle, I mainly use it to help relieve pain from my endometriosis and aches from fibromyalgia and it really does make a difference. I also use it as a comforter, due to it being long it’s great to fell to sleep with.

I use hot water bottles daily to help with cramps and for comfort. YUYU’s hot water bottle has been amazing and I would highly recommend it, it’s so nice to warm my tummy and lower back at the same time. Also the cover is super cute and comfy.

I experience some bad cramps and this really helped me. I tend to wrap my self around it but I love that I can wrap it around my waist when I need to move around.
